Pros:

Instalaciones aunque pequeñas, limpias y agradables. Personal con excelente disposición para atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes. Desayuno incluido en la reserva, tipo buffet, con un menú pequeño pero variado y muy completo. Posibilidad de parking al frente del hotel, sin costo extra. Pequeña piscina disponible para refrescarse en verano.

Cons:

Horario restringido para el desayuno, apenas hasta las 10am, obligando al huésped a interrumpir el descanso o perder la posibilidad de desayunar. Habitación con todos los servicios pero somos una pareja y en vez de tener una cama doble teníamos 2 sencillas “unidas”

Will stay again but ask for a room which isn’t next to the stairs

We were next to the stairs so quite noisy at night and in morning with cleaning staff of guests getting up in morning and going to bed

Loved the location, staff were so friendly, got upgraded when we got there.. so the room was huge . It was clean, comfortable beds, couldn't of asked for more really!

Pros:

Good location, very easy to park (at any time of the day), very polite and helpful staff
The rooms were better then I expected from the pictures
Easy to get to the beach, but the better sandy beaches are around 10/15 minutes walking

Cons:

The pool is a little small, and some people hoard the chair from 8 am (not the hotels fault...)

Bra och trevligt boende
Pros:

Trevlig personal. Rent, och välstädat. Väldigt bra och prisvärt boende. En liten bit att gå in till centrum och kanske inte den bästa stranden direkt vid hotellet.

Pros:

The property was at a great location, clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

We had two two-bedroom rooms, one was a good size while the other was noticeably smaller. They both had the same cost.

Staff accogliente e disponibile.
Parcheggio gratuito in zona, posizione semi centrale ottima per avere tranquillità. In 15 min a piedi si arriva al porto.
Piscina aperta tutto il giorno.

Pros:

The staff are very friendly, and the location was good. A bit out of the way from the main strip, but only about a 10min walk down the beach so that was really nice. The rooms were also good for what we paid during peak summer time.

Cons:

The only downside I would say was the breakfast it could deffo be a bit better. It would be nice to have a bit more hot food or Spanish food.

Die Lage war super, der Pool hat Spaß gemacht und das Personal war überaus freundlich!

Cons:

Ein Punkt Abzug für das Frühstück, das war leider nicht so gut, es gab bisschen wenig Auswahl bei den herzhaften Sachen.

Best kept secret in Puerto Pollenca
Pros:

Incredibly friendly, small but perfectly formed, hotel. Perfect position 2 minutes walk from the wonderful pine walk.

Lovely little hotel in a great spot - would return.
Pros:

Location was perfect for the pine walk, which is my favourite part of PP. The aircon was great! The bathroom was much nicer than expected -large, modern and very clean with nice toiletries. Beds were comfy. Everything was nice and relaxed. I have always liked the look of this place and am pleased to have finally had the opportunity to stay there. I would return.

Cons:

The tea bags at breakfast fell apart - everyday . That's the only thing I could find to say that I didnt like!!
