Beautiful location, and very committed staff in the worst weather conditions.
Impossible to sleep at night, the room temperature it seems impossible to regulate... at least at the second floor, no way of lowering under 25 degrees, we had to let open the balcon door (-6 outside)..., amazing for a 5 star hotel of 1.200 euros night.

Ski services could be improved. It is a 3rd party but their communication is not great, especially for beginners. Lots of confusion each day, incorrect skis, etc.
The hotel is located in an incredibly beautiful setting with breathtaking mountain views. We especially loved the outdoor spa area, featuring a sauna, a hot tub, and a heated pool overlooking the mountains — a truly unforgettable experience. The indoor spa area was equally impressive and very well designed.
Breakfast was excellent, offering everything you might need, with a wide selection of fresh fruits and berries. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful: the interior is styled like a classic alpine chalet, which perfectly matches the spirit of a ski resort and creates a warm, cozy, and authentic mountain ambiance.
You can rent ski equipment directly at the hotel and purchase ski passes on site, which saves a lot of time. Additionally, the hotel provides a dedicated driver service that can take you up the mountain by car, allowing you to avoid long queues at the ski lifts — a very thoughtful and valuable service, especially during busy periods.
What significantly affected our stay was the inability to control the room temperature. Upon arrival, the room was overheated — almost like a sauna. After several unsuccessful attempts to adjust the temperature, it turned out that the remote control in the room was not working. We contacted the front desk, and the receptionist told us that she first lowered the temperature and then completely turned off the heating.
Unfortunately, the temperature in the room did not decrease at all, even with the balcony door fully open. Sleeping was very uncomfortable, as the room only reached a comfortable temperature by early morning. I am not sure whether this is due to the hotel’s heating system in general or this particular room, but in a five-star hotel with room rates exceeding €1,000 per night, guests should not experience such a level of discomfort.
It is a great place with a lot of warmth. Its really next level luxury with still atmosphere. Great outside terrace at the ski slope.
We had the backside room and that doesn't have any view.

Me dirijo a usted para expresar nuestra insatisfacción con el servicio recibido durante nuestra estancia en su establecimiento.
Teniendo en cuenta las facilidades que debe ofrecer un alojamiento de cinco estrellas, consideramos inaceptable que esta mañana no hayamos dispuesto de agua caliente desde las ocho, hora en la que nos despertamos, hasta cerca de la una de la tarde. Se trata de una necesidad básica que incluso el hotel más sencillo de esta zona suele garantizar sin inconvenientes.
Por otro lado, desde las ocho de la noche hemos estado intentando solicitar room service y, siendo ya las diez, nadie atiende el teléfono en recepción. Esta falta de respuesta resulta especialmente decepcionante en un establecimiento que presume de ofrecer un servicio de alto nivel.
Asimismo, hemos intentado en varias ocasiones hablar con el gerente, sin que hasta el momento haya sido posible. De hecho, hemos trasladado estas incidencias a tres miembros distintos del personal, y en todos los casos se nos indicó que hablarían con un gerente para que se pusiera en contacto con nosotros y nos ofreciera una solución. Lamentablemente, ninguna de esas gestiones llegó a materializarse, ni hemos recibido respuesta alguna.
Además, hemos comunicado en repetidas ocasiones los problemas al personal presente, sin que se haya aportado una solución efectiva. Precisamente por este motivo nos vemos en la necesidad de escribir este mensaje, para que tengan conocimiento directo de la situación.
Reconocemos que el lugar es muy bonito y tiene un gran potencial; sin embargo, el servicio recibido hasta el momento deja mucho que desear y no está a la altura de lo que se espera por la categoría que ustedes anuncian.
Esperamos una explicación al respecto y, sobre todo, que se tomen las medidas necesarias para corregir estas deficiencias.
Todo. El hotel es simplemente espectacular, la atención es inmejorable en especial el gerente Eduardo y los empleados Ruth, Ivan y Pedro, la comida excelente. Muy recomendado. Sin duda el mejor hotel de Sierra Nevada, volveriamos siempre. Y por ultimo la terraza del hotel que es demasiado way y el dj con su musica buenisima
