Keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren vor Ort aber Temperatur im Zimmer auch bei 36grad Außentemperatur gut zu regeln über Rollläden

Parkplatz sehr gut.
Herr Zanetti und seine Frau sind ein Träumchen.
Werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to several serious issues:

Communication and treatment by the owner: Communication was difficult, and we experienced the owner as overly controlling and intrusive. We often felt watched and unwelcome.
Limited access and safety concerns: The hotel gates were locked after midnight, meaning we could not access the hotel or our room. There was only one key available for the entire hotel. Several doors were also locked from the inside, and it was unclear which route could be used as an emergency exit.
Strong smoke smell: There was a recurring and unpleasant smell of smoke during our stay.
Extreme heat and inadequate facilities: The room had no air conditioning or fan, which made sleeping extremely difficult. A refrigerator was only available for an additional €2 per day.
Insects in the bed: We found insects in our bed, which we consider a serious hygiene concern.
Insufficient towel replacement: During our four-night stay, our towels were replaced only once.
Unexpected noise and disruptive work: On 12 August, we were woken at 08:10 by a lawn mower and subsequent garden work. We had not been informed beforehand. We were also repeatedly asked to move our car because of the work, which we experienced as disrespectful.
Although the location of the hotel is beautiful, these issues significantly affected our stay. Instead of feeling relaxed and comfortable, we frequently felt uncomfortable, unsafe and unwelcome.
We therefore ask Booking.com to carefully review this situation and consider an appropriate compensation or refund in view of the circumstances described above.

Szép tiszta, rendezett, árnyékos parkolási lehetőség, nagyon kedves személyzettel

Elhelyezkedése, tisztaság, kedvesség, szép környezet, jó ár-érték arány, finom reggeli.

Cons:

Klíma nem volt a nagy melegben, vagy legalább egy ventilátor. Redönyök igen, az segített némileg a meleget átvészelni.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ca 100m von der Straße entfernt in einer gepflegten Grünanlage.
Von der Terrasse aus schaut man auf die Kieszufahrt mit Bäumen und Blumen. Auch der Terrassenbereich ist mit Pflanzen ausgestattet.
Hier kann man am Tisch in Ruhe frühstücken oder später bei einem Getränk einfach mal den Tag vorbeiziehen lassen
Unser Zimmer war zweckmäßig, das Bad groß genug und mit Fenster.
Alles war sehr sauber.
Frau und Herr Zanetti sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Pros:

Es war seid langen der der beste Urlaub den wir hatten.
Die Inhaber Familie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Jeden Tag ein sauberes Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend und den Kaffee hat man immer persönlich bekommen.
Am besten fand ich, den direkten Strand zu Gang.
Einfach sehr herzlich gefühlt.
Wenn man seinen Urlaub genießen möchte das ideale Hotel.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Pros:

Toplage. See 5 Minuten entfernt. Restaurants alle gut in ca. max. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Gastgeber sehr sehr freundlich. Gartenanlage traumhaft für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Da die Strasse etwas entfernt ist, ist es richtig ruhig. Aussicht vom Balkon aus super schön. (Seeblick)
Das Zimner absolut retro. Man fühlt sich in die 60ger Jahre zurückversetzt. 😄 Ist sicher nicht jedermanns Fall, aber uns hat es gut gefallen. Und vorallem, es war absolut sauber. 👍

Das Ambiente im Garten war sehr schön. Die Nähe zum See war gut. Der Aufenthalt vor dem Hotel war angenehm, genauso das Frühstück auf der Terrasse einzunehmen.
Osaft und Wurst waren meist zur Genüge vorhanden, der Kaffee war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach nicht den opulenten Schilderungen wie im Angebot angepriesen. Es gab lediglich eine Sorte Semmel und Toastbrot und nur eine Sorte abgelaufene Marmelade
Im Zimmer war zwar ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, jedoch konnte dort keine Wäsche gelagert werden, weil keine Regalbretter vorhanden waren. Die Tür zum Bad und die Türen am Schrank quietschten beim Schließen und Öffnen und machten dabei beachtlichen Krach. Der Ausfall des WLan nach einem starken Gewitter zog sich über drei Tage hin.
