Un acceuil exceptionnel, un bon rapport qualité/prix. Bon emplacement.
Pros:

L'acceuil incroyable du personnel, d'une simplicité discrète et d'une gentilesse exceptionnelle (rare).
Le confort de la literie, l'eau vraiment chaude et la pression. La propreté nikel chrome. Le service de lavandaria intégré à l'hotel. Rapide, prix trés corrects.
La situation proche de la station de bus ADO et des collectivos et à deux pas à peine de l’hyper centre historique.
Les petits commerces de proximités.
Le calme.

Cons:

Je suggère un peu de déco sans fioritures sur les murs des chambres qui sont spacieuses, à l'image de la salle des petits déjeuners en face de la réception.
Un éclairage plus doux dans la chambre, les ampoules diffuses une lumière pas très agréable.

Pros:

L'hôtel est à cinq minutes à pied du terminal bus situé dans une rue calme. C'est très propre, le personnel est impeccable et la chambre est équipée de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin.
J'y reviens dans deux mois avec grand plaisir.

Todo muy bien, desde la atención del personal hasta las instalaciones.

Cons:

Que no tiene estacionamiento dentro del hotel. Hay que caminar dos cuadras.

Pros:

They have laundry facility in house. The room was bigger than usual and they upgraded my room to a king-size bed. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The mildew smell coming from the furniture, including the bed. The room was colder than outdoors making my stay uncomfortable. Hotels in San Cristobal are rarely heated and even if they provide lots of blankets the cold humid temperatures make the rooms uncomfortable.
