Cons:

Non sono stati flessibili sulle date di prenotazione. Per motivi medici abbiamo dovuto fare check out anticipato, ed abbiamo cmq pagato il 100%.

La card per i turisti c'è stata data quasi alla fine, peccato perché giorni prima abbiamo pagato la funivia a Bolzano (gratuita con la card).
