Camerele sunt mari, curate și foarte călduroase. Curățenia a fost foarte bună pe tot parcursul sejurului, iar personalul este sociabil, politicos și dispus să ajute.

Cons:

Totuși, sunt câteva aspecte care pot fi îmbunătățite. Pe timpul nopții se aude un zgomot constant provenit probabil de la un ventilator sau din tubulatură, ceea ce poate deranja somnul. În baie, scurgerea de la duș nu face față debitului de apă și există riscul de a se inunda baia în timpul utilizării.

De asemenea, în baie lipsesc câteva produse considerate esențiale pentru un hotel de această dimensiune (șervețele, dischete demachiante, bețișoare de urechi, periuțe și pastă de dinți de unică folosință), lucruri pe care nu te gândești neapărat să le iei de acasă.

În ceea ce privește masa, oferta nu este foarte diversificată, iar la cină (program 19:00–22:00), dacă ajungi în jurul orei 20:30, unele preparate nu mai sunt disponibile și nu se completează. La demipensiune, seara este inclusă doar o apă plată de 0,5 l, fără alte băuturi.
