Todo estuvo excelente.
Muy cordiales, prestos a brindar todas las comodidades, excelente servicio al cliente, obsequios de cortesía para los huéspedes y en general todo muy bien.

Pros:

Me gustó el trato y la amabilidad de recepcionista desde que llegué hasta que me fui el chico se portó a la altura deben valorar más su trabajo porque el chico tiene vocación

La verdad hubo un inconveniente, la dueña del hotel tuvo un comportamiento pésimo, se supone que para la comodidad del cliente que viajamos de otro lugar y no conocemos la ciudad deben permitir delivery, el recepcionista muy atento dejó que suba a mi habitación pero la dueña se portó demasiado grosera incluso dijo que iba a botar al chico que porque no estaba permitido el delivery, antes de subir a la habitación entregan un papelito para hacerle saber al cliente lo que no se debe hacer en la habitación, pero jamás dijeron que no era permitido el delivery, pedí una habitación con jacuzzi tampoco me la dieron, la verdad fui por recomendación pero regresé totalmente decepcionada, deben mejorar

Que no hubiera un mini clóset sería perfecto, y un lugar donde poner armadores.

Great Short Stay
Pros:

Owners/managers were very friendly and helpful - very upbeat. The room was very clean and modern with all the amenities needed. Location very handy to bus station and a huge variety of restaurants and bakeries. Beds and bedding very comfortable.
