Aconchegante e confortável.
Pros:

Pros:

The staff was great and the breakfast too.

Cons:

The lack of communication - I called all the #s and got no answer - used WhatsApp and the answers were coming many hours later. I understand that "human" communication starts at 10a, but on the weekends it should be at 8am? and later? Our room did not have towels... we got towels the next day bc we were able to talk to the people who were working on the breakfast. Wifi was not working, and the TV was not working at all (understanding that it was raining, but it should have better service). Water pressure in the showers was very low.

Ótima, somente algumas ressalvas.
Pros:
