Super séjour à un prix plus que correct. Hôtel bien situé avec des chambres propres et un personnel sympa. 2 piscines disponibles et un petit déjeuner copieux.

Nuestra estancia en este hotel no fue agradable por varios motivos.
Pros:

Como aspecto positivo, al salir del hotel hay un precioso paseo ideal para caminar o hacer deporte, y además la playa está muy cerca, lo que resulta muy agradable.

Cons:

En primer lugar, cuando llegó mi marido no había nadie en recepción y tuvo que llamar para que le atendieran. Al hacer el check-in tarde, tuvo que salir a buscar algo de comida y agua, lo cual fue imposible: no había nada abierto ni máquinas disponibles. Si llegas tarde, es importante saber que debes llevar agua/comida contigo.

Al regresar, las tarjetas de acceso no funcionaban y tuvo que esperar en la calle hasta que respondieron y le facilitaron un código para entrar. Una vez en la habitación, no había toallas. Tras solicitarlas, le entregaron unas viejas y rotas. Avisamos de que al día siguiente llegaría otro huésped y necesitaríamos más toallas, nos dijeron que las dejarían en la habitación, pero no fue así y tuvimos que volver a pedirlas.

La primera noche pasé mucho frío, ya que la calefacción no funcionaba. Lo comenté y me dijeron que sí funcionaba, pero no fue hasta que una señora rubia con gafas en recepción nos atendió correctamente, nos proporcionó toallas en condiciones y nos explicó cómo funcionaba la calefacción. Fue la única persona con un trato adecuado; el resto del personal mostraba poca atención.

Reservamos dos habitaciones: una doble y otra para un compañero que llegaría al día siguiente tras conducir toda la noche. Por la mañana preguntamos amablemente si podía entrar antes a descansar, y nos indicaron que debía pagar un suplemento de 30€. Aceptamos y lo pagamos, pero tras una hora y media de descanso llamaron insistentemente a la puerta para decirle que se habían equivocado de habitación porque tenía vistas al mar, algo que ya estaba incluido en la reserva. Es decir, pagó un suplemento por entrar antes y además fue molestado innecesariamente.
Otro compañero en la misma situación no tuvo que pagar ningún suplemento, lo que demuestra una falta de coherencia en el trato. Por último, no entendemos cómo en un hotel solo para adultos se escuchaban perros ladrando durante la madrugada dentro de las habitaciones.

The location was good, and it was very clean

Cons:

I booked this place for my husbands birthday. The word " luxury" prompted the booking, but I failed to see what luxury existed.

The lift was broken - I struggle coming DOWN steps, but going up isn't a problem.
The indoor pool was COLD, although advertised as heated.
Tea and coffee facilities consisted of 3 tea bags, 3 coffee sachets, and a few sugars displayed in a tea cup. No milk was given.
One flat pancake pillow for the bed was uncomfortable.
The towels for the bathroom were small and an off-white colour. ( we are not big people, just average size)
The rooftop bar had a very noisy toldo, which did not need to be out as it was not too sunny. It was banging in the wind. There was a young boy working in the bar and he was accommodating and gave good service but he didn't think to put music on until we were leaving.
Rethink the wording to advertise the hotel!
