Me despertaron a las 5 de la mañana por una falsa alarma de incendios
La piscina climatizada, excelente y muy bien ambiente
Que en la página reservé una habitación doble y solo me dejaba reservar habitación compartida
Ubicación y personal
Ascensor averiado, bufett desayuno justo, cafetera estropeada, ducha perdiendo agua por los vierte aguas inundando el baño y piscina con el suelo con remaches.
Duchas, ascensor no funcionaba
Las puertas estaban siempre abiertas y se puede acceder fácilmente a la habitación
Lovely staff, huge room
Not enough sun beds around the pool
Llegamos a las 14:45h al apartamento y nos dijeron que la habitación no estaba lista (el check-in era a las 15h). Cuando fuimos a las 15h nos dijeron que todavía no estaba lista, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 15:20h y la respuesta de la de recepción era “no sé a qué hora estará, en la reserva pone a partir de las 15h, no a las 15h en punto”.
Mandé un mensaje a Booking explicándole el problema con la hora de entrada del apartamento y cuando ya estábamos instalados en la habitación, me llegó un mensaje de que habían cancelado nuestra reserva pero nadie del alojamiento nos comunicó nada.
Estando en la habitación por la tarde, nos abrieron la puerta, vieron que estábamos dentro y se marcharon.
La chica de recepción nos dijo que a las 00h ya no habría nadie en recepción, cuando llegamos a las 00:30h la tarjeta nos daba error y no abría la puerta. Llamamos varias veces al teléfono de emergencias del apartamento y nadie nos cogió el teléfono. Después de media hora esperando a que nos cogieran el teléfono y hablando con un agente de atención al cliente, por suerte apareció un chico que trabajaba allí y nos solucionó el problema de la tarjeta. Este nos preguntó si teníamos dos tarjetas y al decirle que solo nos habían dado una tarjeta, se extrañó porque no es lo normal. Si no llegamos a cruzarnos con él, nos hubiese tocado dormir en la calle con nuestras cosas dentro de la habitación.

En la reserva salía incluido el desayuno y en el hotel me dijeron que no venía incluido, igual buen precio y muy bueno todo
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, ebenso das Bad, alles war super sauber. Wir hatten wunderbaren Meerblick. Strand und Stadt sind fussläufig entfernt.
Pool innen und außen absolut ausreichend und das Gym recht gut sortiert.

El ascensor. El último día no funcionaba (voy en silla de ruedas) y no pudimos ir al comedor a desayunar. Fue una pena, porque el desayuno nos gusto mucho.

Todo super bien. Se aparca con mucha facilidad, las vistas , el apartamento super bien! La cercania de todo. Y la tranquilidad. Volveremos seguro!
