Una base ideal para recorrer Mallorca
Pros:

Un lugar ideal en Colonia Sant Jordi. La atención del personal de recepción y limpieza es excelente, nos sentimos muy atendidos. Todo lo que se le puede pedir a un cuatro estrellas superior. Desayunos muy ricos y ubicación inmejorable. Se puede aparcar en las inmediaciones gratuitamente el coche de alquiler. Todo ventajas.

Cons:

Nos gustó todo, repetiríamos.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Ausstattung. Lage ist ideal strandnah und ortszentrumnah.
Pros:

Schönes Boutique Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage direkt an der Promenade.
Sehr gutes Frühstück, direkt gegenüber ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt. In der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht.
Bequemes Bett und gute Kissen. Zimmer allerdings relativ klein.

Cons:

Kein eigener Parkplatz, sodass es in der Hochsaison schon mal dazu kommen kann, dass man länger suchen oder weiter weg parken muss.

Auf unserer gesamten Etage 2 roch es sehr unangenehm. Außerdem leider extrem hellhörig, unser Zimmer lag zur Straße und man konnte sowohl von draußen alles hören, als auch den Fernseher der Zimmernachbarn sowie sämtliche klospülungen, Duschen oder Gespräche der Nachbarn.
Für uns wäre das leider ein Grund nicht wieder zu buchen.

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage. Diese Einzelzimmer Kategorie kann ich nicht empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage und das Frühstück

Cons:

1. Das Zimmer war faktisch ein Innenzimmer ohne echten Außenbalkon

Das Zimmer hatte keinen normalen Balkon nach außen. Der sogenannte Balkon war lediglich eine sehr kleine Fläche von ungefähr einem Quadratmeter, die zum Inneren des Hotels ausgerichtet war. Vor dem Zimmer verlief der Innenbereich des Hotels, sodass Gäste und Mitarbeiter unmittelbar am Zimmer vorbeigingen und bei geöffnetem Fenster bzw. der Tür direkt in das Zimmer schauen konnten.

Für mich war das daher faktisch ein Innenzimmer bzw. eine Innenkabine ohne privaten Außenbereich. Diese wesentliche Eigenschaft war für mich bei der Buchung anhand der Beschreibung und der Fotos nicht ausreichend erkennbar.

2. Extreme Hellhörigkeit durch die Verbindungstür
Auf Booking.com wird angegeben, dass das Zimmer über eine Verbindungstür zu einem anderen Hotelzimmer verfügt.
Eine Verbindungstür an sich ist für mich überhaupt kein ungewöhnliches oder problematisches Merkmal. Entscheidend ist jedoch, wie diese Tür tatsächlich beschaffen ist.

In meinem Fall war die Schalldämmung derart schlecht, dass ich die Nachbargäste praktisch jedes Wort sprechen hören konnte. Es war akustisch so, als würden die Personen unmittelbar neben meinem Bett stehen. Auch die Badezimmer lagen direkt aneinander, sodass selbst Toiletten- und andere Badezimmergeräusche des Nachbarzimmers deutlich wahrnehmbar waren.

Unter der Verbindungstür befand sich außerdem ein deutlicher Spalt von ungefähr 1,5 cm, durch den sogar Licht aus dem Nachbarzimmer in mein Zimmer fiel.

Die bloße Angabe „Verbindungstür“ vermittelt aus meiner Sicht daher nicht annähernd, was einen Gast tatsächlich erwartet. Eine normale Verbindungstür in einem Hotel ist etwas völlig anderes als eine derart schlecht schallisolierte Tür, durch die praktisch keine akustische Privatsphäre vorhanden ist.

3. Zusätzlich erhebliche Probleme mit Ameisen

Ein weiterer Punkt war die erhebliche Ameisenproblematik im Zimmer.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, séjour très agréable et relaxant. Personnel top.

Le rooftop est chouette malgré le peu de parasols, les chambres petites mais confortables et l'endroit est idéal. Surprise par le calme environnant. Le personnel est très réactif

Cons:

La clim au petit déj est assez violente... Et la porte de la douche ne fermait pas bien. Attention, la piscine fait 70 cm de profond, c'est plutôt un bassin pour se rafraichir (avec une vue splendide).

Incredibile, consigliatissimo.
Pros:

Tutto. Bellissimo, bellissima camera, ottima posizione, ottimo personale.
Ci hanno aiutato il giorno del check out con un bagno con docce di servizio per permetterci di usufruire del mare e della spettacolare area piscina al più possibile.

Cons:

Sono piccoli appunti, la camera era molto umida e seppur c’era aria condizionata e ventilatore a soffitto, sarebbe stato utile avere un sistema di AC che comprendesse la funzione “dry”.
C’era qualche formica nella camera, andrebbe prevenuto

Beautiful hotel , the terrace was wonderful to enjoy the Mediterranean sun
The lobby and dining area were very nice.

Cons:

It was right on a main boardwalk so it can get a bit busy. The beach was essentially right on a harbor so there was boats coming and going .
