Amazing and relaxing. I strongly recommend this hotel
Pros:

The swimming pool and furnitures are good and clean. The room is amazing. The staff is incredible caring, helpful and committed to give you the best experience.
The place itself is really nice and quite.
Special mentioned to Majid always going extra length to give you the best service.

Cons:

It’s a bit far from the center. You always need to take a taxi back and force (400 dirhams). So you have to take this in account.
Breakfast is basic and repetitive, it’s a set meal.

A beautiful, friendly hotel
Pros:

I had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful which I really appreciated given it was my first visit to Marrakesh. The grounds of the hotel are very beautiful and peaceful, and the food was great (although the menu is a bit limited). It was very easy to organise a driver with reception & I had a wonderful massage.

Cons:

I organized a guided tour of the Medina & a day trip to the Atlas Mountains via the hotel. The tour of the Medina was a bit more like having a shopping companion which was great but if you’re interested in learning about the history of the Medina then I would perhaps suggest organizing a different tour. Similarly, the guide for the Atlas Mountains was really just a driver which is fine but if you want more of a traditional guide with information then I would again suggest organizing this separately.

I cannot praise the team enough. Morat, Isham,Azziz, Majid, Brahmin and especially Kahlid who was amazing.
Pros:

An oasis of calm with the best and most attentive team of staff.

Cons:

The Restaurant could do with a little softening of the decor to make it feel a bit more welcoming and a wider selection of foods available from the menu.

Stylish, spacious, so relaxing and surrounded by nature. Staff are extremely warm and helpful.
Pros:

The hotel is styled beautifully. The rooms, gardens , heated pool were all fantastic. Lots of space for all guests , we could choose from multiple sunbeds and tables for dining no matter what time of arrival. Very relaxing. Also nice flexibility for eating breakfast ( up to 12 if you prefer to eat later)

Cons:

I liked everything they already offer including the wonderful team !! looking after everyone. I feel with some added facilities this hotel would be a solid 10.
A gym (the room is already there but it needs fitting out) some type of spa or hammam & perhaps a Pilates/yoga class.
There is no real bar area as such and a few sofas positioned by pool house where an aperitif could be taken would be greatly received by guests.
Also a kettle with tea/coffee in room would be good.

A beautiful oasis of luxury
Pros:

Beautiful lodges in amazing grounds. The pool area is gorgeous. All the food we had was amazing. The staff really made this place - especially Magid who really looked after us and made us feel special and at home.

Cons:

There was a noisy hotel (or something) next to the property who played loud music all day and eve which slightly spoiled the quiet birdsong.
The spa treatments were not good but when we complained it was dealt with really well and kindly by the staff.

Parfait pour se reposer, nous y retournerons sûrement.
Pros:

L'accueil, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel, le confort des chambres, le jardin, une très belle piscine chauffée, le calme.
Même si la carte des plats est relativement réduite la cuisine est réellement excellente.

Cons:

Pour que ce soit parfait un plateau de courtoisie est réellement nécessaire dans une chambre de cette qualité et simplifier le fonctionnement de la TV qui même si ce n'est pas primordial en vacances peut être important surtout dans la période actuelle.
L'accès par une route (piste) même si elle n'est pas longue est réellement compliquée, et avoir conscience que l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre de Marrakech

Très bel endroit, tranquille et luxueux.
Pros:

Un endroit très calme. Une vieille ferme très bien restaurée, avec beaucoup de goût. Un calme extraordinaire. Chaque chambre est une petite maison individuelle. Atmosphère presque familiale, vu le peu de chambres.

Cons:

L'endroit est assez isolé. Il vaut mieux y venir pour y rester quelques jours. Chaque trajet pour le centre de Marrakech va prendre du temps.
