A beautiful oasis of luxury
Pros:

Beautiful lodges in amazing grounds. The pool area is gorgeous. All the food we had was amazing. The staff really made this place - especially Magid who really looked after us and made us feel special and at home.

Cons:

There was a noisy hotel (or something) next to the property who played loud music all day and eve which slightly spoiled the quiet birdsong.
The spa treatments were not good but when we complained it was dealt with really well and kindly by the staff.

Parfait pour se reposer, nous y retournerons sûrement.
Pros:

L'accueil, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel, le confort des chambres, le jardin, une très belle piscine chauffée, le calme.
Même si la carte des plats est relativement réduite la cuisine est réellement excellente.

Cons:

Pour que ce soit parfait un plateau de courtoisie est réellement nécessaire dans une chambre de cette qualité et simplifier le fonctionnement de la TV qui même si ce n'est pas primordial en vacances peut être important surtout dans la période actuelle.
L'accès par une route (piste) même si elle n'est pas longue est réellement compliquée, et avoir conscience que l'hôtel est un peu loin du centre de Marrakech

Très bel endroit, tranquille et luxueux.
Pros:

Un endroit très calme. Une vieille ferme très bien restaurée, avec beaucoup de goût. Un calme extraordinaire. Chaque chambre est une petite maison individuelle. Atmosphère presque familiale, vu le peu de chambres.

Cons:

L'endroit est assez isolé. Il vaut mieux y venir pour y rester quelques jours. Chaque trajet pour le centre de Marrakech va prendre du temps.

Stylish hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and lovely staff.
Pros:

We loved our bungalow room in the pretty walled garden. The pool area is very nice and the heated pool was welcome in November. Great breakfast, which is brought to your room. We enjoyed the dinners at the hotel on the two nights we stayed. The staff were delightful - friendly, attentive and with a great service style.

Cons:

A very minor point in an otherwise great stay, but we found the beds a bit hard and uncomfortable.

The perfect oasis away from
Pros:

Very relaxing stay, just a short drive away from the Medina. The hotel felt more like a “home from home” with incredibly attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our 2 night break there memorable.

Cons:

Some small details, such as the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. However, room service was readily available.
