Mooie locatie maar gastvrijheid is ver te zoeken
Pros:

De locatie aan een meertje is fantastisch. Het is lekker rustig en toch ben je met een paar minuten lopen in het gezellige dorpje San Vito di Cadore

Cons:

Het personeel. De ontvangst was heel gek. De voordeur was dicht. Aangebeld. Geen gehoor. Gebeld en toen kwam er een paar minuten later iemand naar de deur. Geen welkom niks. Hier is de kamer. Punt.
Het ontbijt was voor de prijs heel erg karig. En ook daar was het personeel verre van vriendelijk. Er kan geen goedemorgen of wat dan ook vanaf.
Uitchecken is een kwestie van betalen. Geen “bedankt voor uw verblijf” of “ik hoop dat u een fijn verblijf heeft gehad”. Helemaal niks.
Bijzonder teleurstellend.
Verder is het heel erg warm op de kamers. Er is geen airco wel een ventilator maar dat helpt niet of nauwelijks.
In het restaurant is het vergane glorie. De stoelen zijn gammel en het terras van de pizzeria is deels verzakt en daardoor niet bruikbaar.
Zo zonde! Het is een fantastische plek en met een beetje meer liefde voor het vak zou het zoveel leuker kunnen zijn.
De verhouding prijs-kwaliteit is ver te zoeken. Geen aanrader.

Haare von Gästen vor mir in der Dusche, sowie im offerierten Tablett für Kaffee und Tee, bereitgestellte Tassen waren eingestaubt, Löffel schmutzig! Duschkopf war zerbrochen, Heizkörper im Bad schmutzig,

Schimmel in der Erdbeer Konfitüre! Keine Entschuldigung! Heute morgen war mein Platz nicht eingedeckt,
kein frisches Obst oder Gemüse beim Frühstück...
Personal spricht schlecht englisch
Dafür 220€ pro Nacht ist es keinesfalls wert
