La colazione viene servita dalle 8 ed è un po tardi per chi va in montagna e magari parte presto. Il bagno è molto piccolo, la porta non si apre completamente perché sbatte contro il lavandino. Per la cifra che ho pagato pensavo un posto un po’ più carino.

Cons:

Habitaciones excesivamente calurosas y con poca ventilación. Por lo menos había un ventilador de pie.
Desayuno escaso y poco variado.
Tuvimos la sensacion de que cada vez que, nosotros u otros huespedes, pediamos algo al personal (una sola persona) estabamos molestando por los gestos de molestia y resoplidos.

En definitiva nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada. El entorno es precioso y el lugar tiene mucho potencial, pero creemos que no está suficientemente preparado para atender al turismo durante los meses de verano. Relacion calidad precio pésima.

Für das Geld hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Gute Lage wenn man nicht im überfüllten Cortina d’Ampezzo übernachten will.

Beim Checkin mussten wir 10 Minuten auf dem Gelände nach einem Ansprechpartner suchen, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Wir haben zuerst ein viel zu kleines Zimmer erhalten. Es waren nur 12qm, kein Tisch oder Platz sich hinzusetzen. Gebucht hatten wir ein Zimmer mit 18qm, Doppelbett und mit Esstisch. Erst nach Diskussion und Beharrlichkeit bekamen wir das Zimmer, das wir auch gebucht hatten. Das Restaurant war trotz Öffnungszeiten bis 22:30 Uhr bereits im 21:00 Uhr geschlossen.

Never again! Waardeloos voor dit geld!

We kwamen om 18 u aan aan het hotel. Niemand te bespeuren. Na 15 min kwam er een man aan en heeft ons de kamer gegeven. Verschrikkelijke matrassen. Later werd er eentje vervangen. Ontbijten kan pas vanaf 8 uur. Veel te laat volgens ons. Het ontbijt is ook zeer beperkt. Als je om 8:05 aan het ontbijt was was het brood op omdat iedereen om 8 uur wilde ontbijten om daarna de regio te bezoeken.
