We arrived early at 1:00 p.m. even though the room was ready they would not allow us to check in early unless we paid extra. Went to a local coffee shop coming back at 140 guys still would not let us check in they came to us at exactly 2:00 p.m. and then said we could check in to our room it was a ridiculous situation

We booked for 25 nights. No coffee making facilities, P150 day for mini fridge. P250 every time used pool, restaurant was expensive. I tried to contact Book.com for refund a few times but never replied. This hotel is money grabbing and scam, stay at your own risk and have deep pockets.

They don't refund the money deposit if you lost you reciept although they have the copy secured, and they don't highlight the policy upon check-in. There's a lot of mosquitos inside the room. Carefuk not to misplaced tiny towels too, you get charged.

As a paying tourist i felt that a little mote effort from management could've made my stay leaving a more pleasant picture! however the hotel have rules and procedures that everyone should read carefully before handing over your $1000 pesos bond money prior to your stay ! The receipt if not returned to the hotel, you loose your money, even when they have a duplicate copy of the transaction! basically i feel its just another way of exploiting easy money from unexpected hotel guests that loose there receipt !
