Ridiculous situation
Cons:

We arrived early at 1:00 p.m. even though the room was ready they would not allow us to check in early unless we paid extra. Went to a local coffee shop coming back at 140 guys still would not let us check in they came to us at exactly 2:00 p.m. and then said we could check in to our room it was a ridiculous situation

A complete rip off

Cons:

We booked for 25 nights. No coffee making facilities, P150 day for mini fridge. P250 every time used pool, restaurant was expensive. I tried to contact Book.com for refund a few times but never replied. This hotel is money grabbing and scam, stay at your own risk and have deep pockets.

Deposit was not returned.
Pros:

The space is good for family.

Cons:

They don't refund the money deposit if you lost you reciept although they have the copy secured, and they don't highlight the policy upon check-in. There's a lot of mosquitos inside the room. Carefuk not to misplaced tiny towels too, you get charged.

I would not stay here again, the owner needs to update the rooms and the bathrooms and the Internet needs fixing

Unfortunately i feel management are not trained enough to resolve arising issues !
Pros:

Breakfast was reasonable, im not a big breakfast person so if you are! you wont satisfied!

Cons:

As a paying tourist i felt that a little mote effort from management could've made my stay leaving a more pleasant picture! however the hotel have rules and procedures that everyone should read carefully before handing over your $1000 pesos bond money prior to your stay ! The receipt if not returned to the hotel, you loose your money, even when they have a duplicate copy of the transaction! basically i feel its just another way of exploiting easy money from unexpected hotel guests that loose there receipt !

Home away from home. ❤️
Pros:

Thank you so much Hotel Pinc. We have so much fun staying in Gensan for Batang Pinoy. 12 days staying at your hotel feels like home away from home. Everything was like living in my own province with everything around me. Thank you Jun and everyone that helped us felt safe and welcomed. The kids have so much fun in the pool. The coffee shop is exceptional. The service was great. My kids and their hotel friends were a bit noisy but still they manage to be nice and jolly.

The bar and resto was 10/10. Foods are the best! Service was excellent. Me and my husband has our fantastic date while the kids are busy in the pool or in the coffee shop.

Its sad to say Goodbye. Hope to see you all again.
