Pros:

Checking in Ella made it smooth.
Checking out Gerald helped and called my next destination to confirm directions before the cab arrived. The room was large, Aircon was cold, shower temp was perfect.

Cons:

It is not the property fault yet trike and car cab drivers in Gen San many were rude and some overcharged. This is in comparison to 12 other cities and towns in the Philippines where drivers were helpful and fair.

I had a satisfying days when I was staying at that suits.
Pros:

Very accesable to everything and not heavy for the pocket

Cons:

Clean peace and you can rest properly if you want resting place and quite place to go. Hot shower helps me a lot

it stunk. room was crammy, moldy, beds uncomfortable. the smell was offensive. no ventilation

Pros:

It was close to the center of gen San and the local markets ,, easy for taxi and tricycles and 5 mins from the bus station if like me your traveling from Davao ,,,I can't complain I had a great time and will definitely be back

Cons:

You gotta put things in perspective you are not paying for the Hilton .

Proximity to amenities, attractions, and natural wonders enhances the overall experience, making it an ideal retreat.

Cons:

I find accommodations lacking a desk and table in the room to be inconvenient, hindering productivity and comfort during my stay. Additionally, a subpar shower experience due to poor water pressure or inadequate facilities diminishes the overall enjoyment and relaxation. Furthermore, the absence of noise cancellation features can disrupt tranquility and impact quality sleep, detracting from the overall experience.
