Good value, older style hotel.
Pros:

It has great nostalgia value. It's like taking a trip back to 1990 where time stood still. We really enjoyed our stay but it's definitely not for everyone. If you're expecting modern, this isn't the place for you but it's comfortable, great value for money and you can totally have a pleasant stay. We had a family room which was actually very large, even though the kids section didn't have any natural light it was fine. Heated ski boot storage very appreciated. Dinners were very acceptable. They adjusted the menu for the kids rather than having a separate menu and that was fine for us.

Cons:

It was never very warm anywhere in the hotel, the sauna and swimming pool area is really quite old. Everything kind of works ok but it's all just very old fashioned. The location is ok, the shuttle to Jandri great but getting back by bus at the end of day walk up the hill wasn't a delight. The breakfast choices are quite limited but it's all ok. Would have loved a kettle in the room. It's family run but we didn't get the impression the family are still loving running it!

Pros:

We were staying at the place for 4 ski days.
The location was great - the owner took us every morning to the jandri gondola, and at the afternoon we were able to ski very close back to the hotel. Also we could walk 5 minutes to another main chairlift. There are many ski rental stores around. Breakfast was satisfying and dinner was fabulous! Nice sauna and pool.

Cons:

No outlets near the bed.

Pros:

Les patrons et le personnel de l'hôtel ont été disponibles et souriants. Du petit déjeuner au dîner, le cuisinier vous régalera!
Un service impeccable dans le respect de la tradition Française.
Des chambres préparées avec soin et une isolation qui permet de profiter du calme de la montagne.

Pros:

gentilezza, preparazione e professionalità dello staff, pasti ottimi e servizio impeccabile!
posizione eccellente accessibile al rientro dalle piste con 2 minuti di camminata dalla pista che scende in paese e 5 minuti dalla risalita. parcheggio comodissimo.

Cons:

la sauna chiude alle 16 ed è quindi inutilizzabile per chi intende sciare la giornata intera.
le camere sono spaziose ma non esattamente aggiornate, si sente molto l'assenza di prese della corrente vicino al letto.

Great idea of a family run hotel but some disappointing state of facilities
Pros:

Great location, close to belle étoile lift
Good food- simple breakfast, dinners have 2 options to choose from for starter and main, with flexibility of choices for kids
Comfortable beds

Cons:

No hot shower at certain times of the day (just before dinner)
Overall the hotel and the rooms seem a bit tired and need some renovation. The hair dryer in the bathroom caught fire as we tried to use them
Swimming pool not usable in winter- dark and cold, with sand in the water
