Les compétences du personnel et en particulier celle du patron qui connaît très bien la région et donc qui nous a indiqué les lieux à aller visiter.

Rien du tout
Petit bémol la circulation en voiture dans Bordeaux est insupportable. Heureusement il existe une ligne de bus avec arrêt devant l’hôtel et pour le retour pareil l’arrêt se fait devant l’hôtel.

Pros:

Un excellent accueil, un cadre trés bien (piscine, petanques, volley, etc.) bien place aux portes du Médoc. Les chambres sont nickel sans en faire trop pour un prix trés doux.
En bonus, le restaurant est excellent toujours à prix doux par rapport à la qualité du repas.

The manager was pleasant and made me coffee 2 days(chargeable). The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Extremely run down. A bucket in reception catching water and the outside area was a mess including the pool. We stayed for 4 nights because of a nearby golf competition. The room was not cleaned once and no towel changed. They said this was because we hadn’t left the key when we went out each day!! The water pressure was very low and took ages to run hot.,It was very expensive for what it was - £85 a night and we had no breakfast
