Pros:

la ubicacion, la limpieza, los trabajadores

Cons:

el desayuno, las maquinas de cafe-cortados etc se estropeaban, aunque no importaba pq las bebidas eran malísimas puro agua, el pan blanco poco hecho.
En la cena no teníamos derecho a bebidas solo agua.
Había hormigas en la habitación y encontramos una cucaracha cerca de la nevera.
La piscinas vacías pero llenas de toallas ni una hamaca libre a las 8 aunque según el hotel no se podían reservar.

La primera vez en este hotel y no será la última, nos trataron increíble todos en general pero quiero hacer especial mención a Nico (recepción) gracias se queda corto, por su trato con nosotras, un encanto y super cercano, Maria (camarera de piso 6) super amable y atenta con mi amiga y conmigo y a Víctor (animación) da gusto tener a alguien como él para salir de la hamaca a hacer actividades.
Lástima que solo fue una noche pero nos sentimos como reinas.
La habitación genial, espaciosa, con mucha luz, todo súper limpio, las camas cómodas, en general nos encantó.
La comida muy rica y variada y las instalaciones del hotel una maravilla.
Nos volveremos a ver, gracias!

I made a reservation for 2 nights for 1 person, it was a double room and I paid 360 euros. The second night my sister wanted to join me at 7pm and we would leave the next day at 7am. It was not possible do the reservation originaly on booking.com for the 1st night for 1 and the 2nd night for 2 persons but normally it is not a problem and you can arrange it at site. However this hotel charged me an extra 80 euros practicaly for her breakfast because my room was double anyway and we only needed the acomodation for the night to take rhe ferry next morning. I was told it is hotel policy but such a lack of consideration and unflexibility from part of this hotel made me I would never recommend them, on the contrary: I would warn my friends and aquaintance to never book here.

Iloisen värikäs huone ja hyvät sängyt ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Minibussikuljetus rannalle.

Cons:

Hotellista on parin kilometrin matka rannoille, mutta tarjolla on minibussi silloin tällöin. Buffet-aamiainen sisälsi kaikkea mahdollista, mutta a la carte ruokaa ei all inclusivesta muille aterioille löydy, lähellä tosin ostoskeskus, jossa muutama ravintola. Saimme aikaisen sisäänkirjautumisen, mutta ennuste sen ajankohdasta muuttui koko ajan, olisi ehkä parempi antaa heti pessimistisin arvio ajankohdasta! Illalla 2. kerroksen huoneeseen kuului meteliä, tosin sisäovi vaimensi sitä. Huoneessa EI OLLUT työpöytää vaikka kuvauksen mukaan piti olla, saimme sitten pyynnöstä ihan pienen todella epäergonomisen pöydän. Huoneen siivous tulopäivänämme vähän niin ja näin, esimerkiksi bideessä karvoja, yöäk!
Uima-altaat pääosin kiinni myrskyn takia.

Zimmer war von der Größe her gut und Personal war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Essen für Massen, typische all-inclusive Touristen, keine Bioqualität beim Essen, Restaurant war eher eine Kantine und hatte keine Atmosphäre. Zwei Pools waren geschlossen und Architektur/Bäder sehr alt und müssen dringend renoviert werden.

Nuit agréable à Los Cristianos
Pros:

Dîner et petit déjeuner, copieux, variés et bons. la chambre était grande et propre. salle de bains: grandes serviettes moelleuses.
nous avions réservé 6 chambres normales en demi-pension et nous avons eu la surprise d'avoir 6 petits appartements très fonctionnels. (2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, beau dressing, salon, 2 balcons et chaises longues).

Cons:

Nous avons réservé 1 chambre pour 1 personne adulte. Booking a facturé le même prix que les chambres doubles (soit 204€). On a demandé à l'hôtel un prix de repas correspondant à une seule personne. Ils n'ont pas accepté en disant que c'est le prix booking. Dommage car une personne seule mange moins que deux. ce n'est pas très commerçant.
Bel hôtel mais un labyrinthe. Difficile de se retrouver. Pour les appartements 267, 368..., il y a des ascenseurs, mais dans l'ascenseur (qui dessert 8 chambres sur 4 étages) rien n'est indiqué. Pourquoi ne pas indiquer dans l'ascenseur, les chambres concernées par l'étage. (exemple étage 4: 267/268)
