Bellissimo soggiorno!
Pros:

Tutto perfetto, una vacanza meravigliosa, torneremo sicuramente!
Ottima la posizione per raggiungere gli impianti sciistici, camera silenziosa, grande e pulita.
Tutto lo staff sempre gentile e disponibile. Ottima la cucina.

Cons:

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare il pelo nell’uovo, forse ci vorrebbe un’ po meno fretta nello sparecchiare a cena.

An all round excellent hotel with 5* attentive staff

We just returned from a one week ski trip staying at Hotel Rubino. I travel for work a lot and i'd like to think i have a good benchmark for what good looks like, and i have to say this hotel is absolutely excellent. Its traditionally decorated but very well maintained, its clean within an inch of its life and facilities are excellent for the price point. The thing that makes this stand out above all else is the staff, the service was impeccable and often over and above expectations. The attentiveness is comparable to somewhere like the Savoy or Dorchester in London. If you're skiing the Rodella lift is approximately a 5 minute walk (in ski boots) away and the ski bus to the other stations is about the same. The half board food was solid and there was plenty of choice, you have the choice of a paid for a la carte menu if you want something more elaborate.

All in all this was excellent value for money and service and we will definitely be returning.

Excellent ski holiday – highly recommended
Pros:

This was our second stay at the hotel for a one-week ski holiday. The location is excellent, almost next to the ski lift opened in December 2025, making access to the slopes very easy.

The service was outstanding with friendly, attentive staff. The rooms are clean and maintained.

A nice wellness area, plus an outdoor spa and sauna just a few meters away access via neighboring hotel , made it perfect after skiing.

Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly return.

Cons:

Уже второй год подряд нам меняют отель перед самой поездкой.
В этот раз поменяли отель Rubino на отель Dolomiti в Канацеи.
Это уже у них как традиция.
Отель Dolomiti входит в сеть отелей.
Но он отличается не в оучшую сторону.
Номера уже старые, с запахом.
Завтраки и ужины однообразные, скудные.
Даже было что мясо и сыр были заветренные и не было свежего хлеба, чай чёрный отсутсвовал
