Très bon séjour au calme dans un cadre naturel magnifique
Pros:

Très bon accueil par une personne très gentille qui parle un peu français. Repas du soir simple et bon ( pâtes bolognaises).dessert typique de la région et bon vin .

This appears to be a scam. Stay away.

When I arrived at the hotel, the property was completely closed and dark, with nobody there. I called the hotel, but received no assistance—only someone repeatedly saying "No, no" in Italian before ending the call.

The booking was fully prepaid, and I still have not received a refund. Booking.com was also unable to provide any meaningful help.

This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this property.
