Great place to stay!
Pros:

The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful with recommending the restaurant next door for dinner. The morning breakfast was as good as it always has been when I have stayed here over the years. The receptionist on duty in the morning was very helpful in finding a taxi service that could get us on the air base since the one I had scheduled did not show up as planned. I have stayed here several other times over the years, and it has always been very clean and a good value for the money.

Great Breakfast and Easy Check-In, but Disappointing Room Conditions
Pros:

The breakfast is consistently excellent, and we always enjoy it. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, as usual. We truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the consistent quality of service.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the condition of our room upon arrival. The room was full of stink bugs, and we spent approximately 30 minutes trying to get rid of them, only to discover they were entering through a large opening leading directly outside. The hole was hidden behind the curtain and appeared to be where an air conditioning unit had been installed near the window, with a box covering part of the area outside.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit inside the room was not working properly. One of the beds was also extremely uncomfortable. It honestly felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a thin layer of cushioning over it, making it very difficult to get a good night's rest.

We have stayed here before and have always enjoyed the breakfast and easy check-in process, but the condition of this room was unacceptable. Guests should not have to spend their time dealing with insects, poor maintenance, and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them for future guests.

Even better than I expected!

Sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Kaffee aus der Familienrösterei ist wirklich lecker und rund um die Uhr kostenlos verfügbar.
Das Restaurant gleich neben an hat eine gute Atmosphäre und leckeres Essen, dazu selbstgebrautes Bier.

L’hotel è vicino alla base di Ramstein, comodo se venite per lavoro. La struttura è in fase di ammodernamento, ma le camere sono spartane, ma ampie e pulite, il che rende il Soggiorno confortevole.

Gutes Hotel in Ramstein
Pros:

Wir haben bewusst nach einer Unterkunft in der Mitte auf unserem Weg zwischen Österreich und Brüssel gesucht, dafür hat es gut gepasst. Die Unterkunft hat sicher schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, wird aber auch gerade renoviert.
Wir sind nach 21:00 Uhr angekommen aber es gab einen Hinweis wo wir den Schlüssel finden und welches Zimmer unseres ist. 121 und in dem Zimmer war auch ein Foto von Pittsburgh wo ich vor fast 30 Jahren gelebt habe.

Das Früühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Die Parkplätze sind auch okay. Die Lage ist ein paar Kliometer Luftlinie von der Ramstein Airbase. Das Wasser in der Dusche hat sehr viel Druck!

Hat alles gut gepasst, wie gesagt nicht alles brandneu aber an sich ein schönes einfaches Hotel.
