Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, da die Unterkunft im Zentrum und trotzdem sehr gut abgegrenzt ist.

Wir hatte ein Zimmer direkt am Eingang links und deshalb eine schlaflose Nacht. Das Eingangstor wurde immer mit einem lauten Knall geschlossen. - Da muss technisch was geändert werden. Es reicht nicht, die Gäste daraufhin zu weisen.

Prachtig hotel op toplocatie.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel met mooi zwembad en spa.
Zwembad is altijd toegankelijk, enorm pluspunt.
De locatie is werkelijk een sprookje, aan de rivier en in een oud en betoverend stadje. Parkeren goed geregeld

Cons:

Airco wordt niet echt koud, met temperaturen van 30+ buiten is dat het enige minpuntje.
