Communication by the hotel was very poor and we felt misled about food availability and their pet policies.

It’s very smart and has spacious gardens.

Cons:

We notified the property in advance that we have a dog. When we arrived, the lady was very reluctant to accept the dog because it is 30kg in weight. Not a good welcome when you are tired from travelling. Then we were told that the chef was away so the restaurant was closed. The hotel lady was not helpful and all nearby restaurants were also closed so we had to buy food from a local shop. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We would happily stay here again!
Pros:

This hotel is an absolute gem ⭐. Family‑run and full of charm — some might call it dated, but we’d say it’s wonderfully characterful, with old‑world touches in all the right places.

The mother‑and‑daughter team who looked after us were just lovely 😊. Warm, friendly, and clearly enjoying what they do. It makes such a difference when people genuinely want you to feel welcome.

Storing our bicycles safely inside was no trouble at all, and both our evening meal and breakfast were delicious.

We’d happily stay here again, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.

It's a very nice place with great food to purchase. We could walk around and enjoy a day away from the city

Cons:

The pool was not ready to be used. Probably because it was not summer yet it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. But it was a very hot day and we were hoping to use it.

Droomplek om na een actieve dag aan te komen
Pros:

We liepen van Pedroso naar Cazalla. En dan is dit hotel de gedroomde plek om aan te komen: prachtige grote tuin (met zwembad voor de liefhebber) en een uitstekend restaurant ( waar we voortreffelijk vegetarisch hebben gegeten)

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, maar als ik dan toch iets moet noemen: de geluidsisolatie van de kamer is matig.

El hotel muy bonito con muy buena ubicación de estilo clásico se encuentra en la entrada del pueblo ,lo único que vemos que le falta es un baño mas actual ,no tiene secador de pelo que eso es esencial..lo unico que es nuevo del baño es la placa ducha ,la cama es bastante pequeña,se escuchaba el interruptor de la habitación de al lado ..y solo un enchufe en la habitación pienso que le haría falta alguno mas si vas en pareja

La verdad decirle a todo el mundo que el hotel la posaba el muro en Cazalla de la Sierra es una maravilla tiene unos jardines increíbles una habitación increíble una limpieza de 10 su anfitriona son encantadoras Julia que es la recepcionista es un encanto y su hermana la cocinera lo mismo son muy atentas simpáticas y encantadoras están para todo lo que necesites o desees para mí le doy un 10 porque no puedo dar más puntuación 😘😘💖
