The Bull and Bush Hotel Kingston

There was a man who said he lived at the hotel in the next room to us and he aggressively banged on our door when we arrived back after our evening event telling us we were too loud but it was unnecessarily aggressive of him and he threatened violence with sexist language to the female out of us. When he left he continued screaming about us in his room, winding himself up saying he was going to force himself through our door, even though we were no longer speaking, and we were so scared we packed our stuff up at 1am and left to go to another hotel. We called the hotel on our way out and the hotel owner didn't care, nor did he come to deal with the problem. He left us. We left terrified because the man who was aggressively coming at us was a big guy and said he lived there and "do you know who I am?" Etc. We explained to the hotel owner on the phone that the man had threatened the female out of us with physical violence , that he had said to the male of us 'tell your bird to shut the fuck up before I hit her" or something words to that affect. The owner didn't care. The next day he called us to say we'd taken the key (by accident) but he didn't see if we were ok and we were not about to go back to potential violence over a key. The owner was unbelievably insensitive and we could've been actually physically attacked and he just left us. We wanted our money back as we did not stay the night but did not get it. Frankly we were glad to be safe but having to find and pay for a new hotel at 1am was not fun!
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!

The room wasn't ready when I arrived and even though I knew it would be a bit basic it was worse than I thought. Dirty glasses and make up on the bed sheets. The bed was also super uncomfortable. The place could be nice with a bit of effort!

Rooms were very basic. No facilities in the ‘hotel’.

Le personnel était accueillant et serviable, mais globalement, ce n'est pas l'endroit idéal si vous cherchez la tranquillité. C'est une option abordable pour un court séjour à petit budget, mais je recommande de vérifier les avis sur le bruit avant de réserver.

The bathroom was not clean. Some bad smell was coming up from the toilet going into the bedroom, dust everywhere I could never book it again.
