Pelo preço foi uma boa opção

Cons:

Instalações antigas, falta um pouco de manutenção, principalmente no banheiro (suporte de toalha e torneiras faltando peças, e o chuveiro vazava muita água pela base dele na parede) . Mesmo em um quarto não fumante tive problemas com cigarro de pessoas fumando na área externa e por o meu quarto ficar literalmente atrás da recepção e do lado de um banheiro geral, sempre tinha ruído de pessoas no corredor e luzes pela janela e porta
