Красивый вид на горы, дружелюбный персонал. Каждый день к нам приходила уборщица и приводила номер в порядок, меняла полотенца.

Cons:

Можно дойти до центра пешком, но отель расположен на подъеме. Плохая шумоизоляция, отдохнуть вечером было сложно. Слышно как отдыхающие сверху ходят. Завтрак не соответствует ожиданиям, еда была холодной.

Хороший отель, особенно для тех кто путешествует на авто. При бронировании в случае если вы чувствительно спите рекомендую запрашивать номер на двор (без балкона), поскольку от дороги по ночам может быть шумно. А если шумы вам не мешают спать, то у отеля есть прекрасный вид на Троицкий собор и город. Завтрак был неплох, как и общение с персоналом отеля.

Mi estancia fue excelente: las instalaciones, la ubicación y la atención en recepción fueron perfectas. Sin embargo, el servicio de limpieza podría mejorar. Solo tendían la cama sin hacer una limpieza más completa y, en varias ocasiones, se olvidaban de reponer productos básicos como champú, acondicionador e incluso papel higiénico. Con un poco más de capacitación al personal de limpieza, la experiencia sería de 10 puntos.
