Nice place, great staff, internet and soundproof needs improvement
Pros:

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the setting of the hotel is really nice, cleanliness and facilities in the room.
Location was also great, and they do supply water for the day free of charge

Cons:

Topmost - the internet wa really bad. We stayed in room 4, which is (I think) the farthest from the lobby, and reception of the wifi just didn't work. Even when it did, it had relapses. I don't think it's due to the internet supplier (could be another issue) - I think the team can install a reception multiplier.
Other things - the door to the terrace needs better soundproof - sounds from the street are interrupting, and also - the shades (curtains) need to better - the run comes through in the morning, from 6 am and that troubled our sleep.
Lastly, even though the historic setting is nice, the real entrance is a backward street and not super welcoming, and there are stairs to the lobby/rooms. If you have heavy luggage - it could be challenging.

Perfect location, historic (but slightly crumbling) hotel, friendly staff.
Pros:

The room I had booked was tiny, with single bed, and compact ensuite. But it shared a huge deck with views of the Mother of Georgia statue and many other Tbilisi highlights. Due to my own logistical cock-up, I had to extend my stay by an extra night. I was quite happy to stay in my tiny room but it had been booked so I was upgraded to an much larger room with king bed, ensuite and one of the signature balconies on the other side of the hotel. The Blue Balcony (according to the friendly staff) is 300 years old and built on top of the acncient city walls. The location is great, with most of the main Old City churches, synagogues, mosques, museums, spas and the river less than a 20 minute walk away.

Прелестный небольшой отель. Удобно расположен, уютный, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. В номерах есть всё, что необходимо. На балконах шум от дороги, но с этим ничего не поделаешь)

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение отеля, ощущение старого города, что и хотелось, очень понравился балкон на котором приятно выпить чашечку кофе. Приятный и вежливый обслуживающий персонал, готовый помочь в любой ситуации. Спасибо работникам отеля за чудесно проведенное время!

Cons:

Понравилось все, есть только маленькое неудобство: порожек в душевой кабине не задерживает воду и она протекает дальше.

Pros:

We became friends with Giorgio, the guy at the reception. Super friendly and welcoming, he made our stay even more special! The rooms are super clean and well structured, and the balcony has a great view and is very peaceful and spacious. The terrace on top of the hotel has an amazing almost 360 view of the city, really breathtaking

Delight in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

No breakfast that I could tell, however, there is a shared common space where you could sit and eat or take a coffee or a glass of wine. Numerous lovely cafes and restaurants are within blocks.
My room had a charming balcony. As a solo gal, it was nice to sit and watch the world at night without necessarily having to wade into it. The windows were soundproof enough that my sleep was not interrupted.
It was a delight, a family with children old enough to climb the stairs could very much enjoy the walkability of the neighbourhood. Simply choose rooms across from one another.

Cons:

I appreciate the bidet spray on the toilet; however, the hose was not flexible enough for the space, so one felt like they were in a wrestling match to cleanse one's nethers. Easy fix, change the hose.
