me gustop el Hotel, el pueblo, los restaurantes no pude visitar la Cruz monumental ni la Virgen, por la lluvia pero como dijo Mc Arthur VOLVERE

Cons:

La Alberca, ya que no cuenta con agua caliente, y no la climatizan todos los dias, y es un ambiente humedo frio y te puedes enfermar.

En general creo que fue buena experiencia, el hotel tiene áreas comunes muy agradables, el restaurante es bueno y menu muy amplió.

Cons:

En particular en la habitación faltaba un poco de limpieza, se le informó a recepción y atendieron la solicitud de inmediato.

La habitación, las instalaciones de todo el hotel junto al restaurante muy bien, todo excepcional. Solo un tema, no puedo creer que la habitación rn la que nos quedamos no tenga WiFi (segun por que la habitacion era la mas lejana del lobby y no llegaba la señal) ni tv por cable, solo tenia TV abierta que se veía PESIMO!!!!

Amenas instalaciones, ayuda para relajarse y tienen un jardín muy bonito.

Cons:

Tienen muy mala señal de internet, si planeas ir por trabajo, considera que no es la opción ideal si necesitas trabajar o ver cosas de trabajo en el hotel.

El personal es muy muy amable, los alimentos del hotel de excelente calidad y en general todo el hotel está muy limpio y cuidado, todo el tiempo hay agua caliente para bañarse, es muy cómodo, y te dejan suficientes toallas, shampoos, jabones y otras amenidades para tu uso.

Cons:

Es importante señalar que las habitaciones están a lo largo de todo el terreno, al ir de la recepción a la habitación no está cubierto, esto debe ser tomado en cuenta por si no te quieres mojar.
En nuestra habitación la puerta del baño no cerraba y aunque tienen TV cable no se veía bien. Creo que deberían especificar que el WiFi sólo está disponible en el lobby y restaurante (y quizá en las habitaciones más cercanas a esa zona)

Hotel de muchas generaciones
Pros:

La atencion fue muy buena y atenta.

Cons:

Ya hace falta un poco de renovación. La herrería ya requiere cambio y sería muy importante colocar internet en las habitaciones y un pequeño centro de negocios que permita trabajar.
