We lost a phone and the staff were excellent in retrieving it from the Didi driver

Beautiful view from the balcony, excellent location. The kindest staff

Cons:

The rooms were just a little on the cold side but I’m sure you could ask to have them warmer

Pros:

The host was very helpful. He arranged a carpool from and to the train station for very cheap. I also got a map for the mountain with a recommended route. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were nice and clean. The window has good noise isolation.

Cons:

There were only single use towels which I didn't like. The room was nothing fancy.

Velmi ochotný majitel, vše nám naplánoval od transferu od vlaku přes plán cesty po Žlutých horách. A bonusem je terasa na střeše. Úžasný hotel v centru města.

Alles super, gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr hilfsbereite, zuvorkommende Eigentümer, die alles von Shuttle bis hin zu Ausflügen in die Berge und an Wasserfälle organisiert haben. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Shuttle in die Berge ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Im hauseigenen Laden gibt es alles was man brauchen könnte. Das Zimmer war sauber und sah aus wie auf den Fotos.

Pros:

駅からの送迎があったり黄山登山のプラン等親身に相談に乗ってくれました。
言語がわからない自分たちが安心して楽しめるようにお茶を出してくれたり、とても親切で常に笑顔で接してくれました。

Helpfull personal. Helped with everything we asked. Help us to make a plan for Huang Mountain. Help us to change the room, once we ask. Very friendly, and helpfull owner.

Cons:

Our first room was very dirty. In the second room, we found crashed glass on the floor, while our little baby was walking all around, so wasbt very safe.

Wenn man es authentisch mag und in der Nähe des Nationalparkeingangs sein möchte, ist man hier genau richtig! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Panoramafenster sind phantastisch. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hat sehr gute Transferangebote und unterstützt liebevoll die Tagesplanung, wenn man das möchte. Die Kommunikation erfolgt problemlos über die ÜbersetzerApp. Im Hauseigenen Laden bekommt man alles für zwischendurch. Warme Essensangebote oder Obst gibt es direkt auf der angrenzenden Straße.

Hotel molt net i amb habitacions molt acollidores. L'inprescindible aire condicionat funcionava perfectament. Ubicat a la vora de varis bons restaurants i un forn. El millor però la família encarregada. Molt amables. El propietari s'ha encarregat d'aconseguir-nos un vehicle per visitar Xidi, Pingshan i Hongcun, a un preu raonable i ens ha proporcionat informació respecte com visitar mont Huangshan. Un lloc tant per recomanar com per tornar.

Pros:

The people of the hotel were very friendly and helped me plan my trip to the mountain. I could store my luggage in the hotel and they even helped me get a ride back to the train station. The rooms is very clean and modern. The hotel is kind of hard to find, but just ask people on the street.

Pros:

The accommodation is exceptionally well-maintained, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. On top of that, the owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. He has extensive knowledge of the mountains and provides great advice on the best hiking routes based on the weather.
