I had a scorpion on my room and the staff were unable to find it. they also couldn't offer me a new room until the second night - which would have been a hassle to move. They did give me a 20% discount on our dinner to make up for it.
Our room was very dark - at the back of the building. I feel the lighting could have been better.

The food was tasty, friendly staff, and the room was nice. Sunset view nice, but obstructed with cable lines.
Worst value for money of our trip, significantly overpriced. 45 minutes wait for food despite half empty restaurant, followed by long wait for the bill. No kids menu, and not kids friendly. At this price point, it is very unusual to ask to pay extra for cappuccino. Walking in the rain to the rooms (some cheaper hotels have covered walk ways).
Beautiful View
A beautiful hotel with fantastic sunset views.
The reception staff were fantastic, friendly and so helpful.
Rooms very comfortable and spacious and worth paying the extra for one of the high rooms giving the great views.
Restaurant is good for evening meal and breakfast, if a bit expensive but there are plenty of good local restaurants nearby in easy walking distance.
Quite a steep walk down into town - and even steeper on the way back.
Plenty of parking.

The gardens, walkability to town, restaurants, shops, very friendly staff. & the hidden walking trail on the property. The rooms and buildings were built beautifully into the hillside & such a beautiful restaurant with wonderful views! & great food!

A sunset suit. It was a spacious room.
The location was perfect - very close to town and walkable. Having a nice walking path right outside the hotel was wonderful for seeing some nature and wildlife. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a fantastic view and amenities were great.
Our room had a tree that was hitting the roof over and over again due to the strong winds at night. It did wake us up multiple times during the night. I let the staff know when we checked out and they were very receptive to the information and would work to resolve the issue.
Breakfast was nice; happy hour was GREAT! With a fabulous view!! Location was convenient for walking to town and to the night walk; helpful and friendly staff
