Pros:

Os funcionários do hotel são bem atenciosos e prestativos, quando precisávamos de algum favor, eles auxiliavam com rapidez. Trocaram nós de quarto na última noite, pois nosso ar não estava gelando e também nos deram dois travesseiros. O hotel disponibiliza bananas e água a vontade na recepção. O hotel tem uma localização boa, mas acaba sendo uns 15min de caminhada até os restaurantes principais. O quarto é bem espaçoso e pedimos para lavar nossas roupas, vieram bem limpas e cheirosas.

Cons:

Café da manhã muito simples, apenas selecionar um prato (omelete , pão e panqueca) um pratinho de frutas e as vezes o café era gelado. Para quem não gosta muito de andar, o hotel fica um pouco longe da rua principal. No nosso quarto o ar condicionado não gelava e tivemos que trocar de quarto. O chuveiro não tinha muita pressão e pouca água e se demorava uns 5min já começava a gelar.

They scam you
Pros:

It started well but turned out to be a scammer place.

Cons:

The hotel owners are scamming their own guests.

1. Scam: Bus tickets.
The Opera Premier Hotel sells bus-tickets which don't exist.
They sell mini-van busride to Chiang Rai, 10 hours driving.
You will end up in a local sleeping bus 18h bus ride only to the boarder.
The owners will keep lying straight to your face until you are gone.

2. Scam: Tours to Nong Khiaw
They sell tours to Nong Khiaw. But Opera Premier Hotel just copied the one pager from the official tour company and added their own prices: Average 30% on top of the original price. In the end, they would just send your detail to the tour company and charge you for this the extra 30%. A good hotel would let you pay the original price and offer the contact to the tour company as a service. Opera Premier Hotel prefers to scam their own hotel guests.

3. Scam: Motorbike
The Opera Premier Hotel wants the passport as deposit, even if you are a guest. The bike is old & damaged and did not even work but they want you to pay 2500 Dollar if you crash it. With this money, you can buy 3 brand new motorbikes.

Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen und hatte eine Menükarte zum Frühstück. Jeder hat da eine Kleinigkeit gefunden, Obst war immer dabei.

Cons:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Leider entsprachen diese nicht im Ganzen der Beschreibung. Es gibt zu keinem Zimmer einen Balkon/Terrasse. Es steht ein Tisch vor der Tür als Gemeinschaftsnutzungsbereich.
Das Familienzimmer ist die gleiche Größe wie das Doppelzimmer, nur das noch ein Einzelbett extra drinne steht. Bitte beachten.

Erittäin mukava majoitus! Hyvällä sijainnilla, kävelymatkan päässä historiallisesta keskustasta. Älytelkkarista pystyi katsomaan YouTubea. Huone oli siisti ja hyvin tilava.

Cons:

Vessassa haisi välillä voimakkaasti. Erityisesti suihkussa käydessä putkista nousi epämiellyttävä haju. En kuitenkaan jättäisi sen vuoksi menemättä.

Pros:

- Close to night market (less than 10 min by foot), some attractions are 20 min away but I really enjoyed walking in Luang Prabang
- They do laundry (30k kip / kg)
- Very spacious room

Cons:

Checkin could’ve been better: she didn’t tell me where was my room and didn’t explain how to open/close the door which can be tricky at first

Hotel pulito,ben tenuto e in posizione tranquilla a meno di 5minuti a piedi dal centro. Camera molto spaziosa e bagno top. Staff davvero gentile e disponibile . Ottima anche la colazione.davvero consigliato.
