Important information:

Children's discounts depend on proof of age, which is required on arrival. Some form of photographic identification is necessary, such as a passport.

The SENZIA health and beauty center is open only to adults, except for the special family hours from 10:00 until 11:30. The center is open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00.

One child up to 14 years old can stay for free when sharing a room with one adult in a single room and 2 adults in a double.

Please note that gentlemen must wear long trousers at dinner.

The hotel accepts pets up to 15 kg.

For nonrefundable reservations, you must confirm your credit card details via a secure link. Playasol Spa Hotel will send you the link by email after you have made a reservation.

Please note that children between 4 and 15 years old can only use the spa facilities from 12:00 to 14:00, always accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Please note that the gym opens during July and August.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas

Cons:

En el restaurante se quedaban sin platos con mucha facilidad y tardaban en reponerlos y cuando los pedías los camareros un poco bordes...

Uno de los ascensores (el más cercano a nuestra habitación y recepción) no funcionaba bien y tardaron bastante en arreglarlo y los que estaban disponibles el de la derecha no iba muy bien, tuvimos que usar varias veces la escalera al quinto.

El tobogán que está techado (el segundo) hay que tener cuidado. Mi hija las dos veces que se tiró terminó con raspones.

El personal era muy amable

Cons:

La caja fuerte no tenía cerradura por lo tanto no servía de nada. El aire no se podia parar a no ser que se quitara la tarjeta (que es lo que tuve que hacer a la hora de dormir pero ya no se podia poner el móvil a cargar) y tampoco había ninguna manta extra en los armarios, lo único para taparse era una sábana fina.

Habitación con mobiliario muy antiguo, cuarto de baño con necesidad de reforma y cambio de sanitarios. Personal de buffet muy desagradable y con pocas ganas de trabajar. Suelo de la zona de piscina resbaladizo, estuve apunto de caerme en varias ocasiones y eso que iba muy despacio caminando por lo mismo, las escaleras para subir a los toboganes dan sensación de inseguridad y de que en cualquier momento se van a caer.
