Children's discounts depend on proof of age, which is required on arrival. Some form of photographic identification is necessary, such as a passport.
The SENZIA health and beauty center is open only to adults, except for the special family hours from 10:00 until 11:30. The center is open on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00.
One child up to 14 years old can stay for free when sharing a room with one adult in a single room and 2 adults in a double.
Please note that gentlemen must wear long trousers at dinner.
The hotel accepts pets up to 15 kg.
For nonrefundable reservations, you must confirm your credit card details via a secure link. Playasol Spa Hotel will send you the link by email after you have made a reservation.
Please note that children between 4 and 15 years old can only use the spa facilities from 12:00 to 14:00, always accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa.
Please note that the gym opens during July and August.

La comida muy rica y los toboganes lo mejor
Que el agua de la piscina estaba muy fría para mi gusto y para cenar no había tortilla francesa
La situación del hotel es maravillosa, las instalaciones están genial, muy entretenidas para los pequeños y mayores
Que si el horario de comedor es hasta una hora, a esa hora empiecen a retirar la comida... Si hay cola en hora punta, es de entender que se entra tarde en el comedor... Y luego tienes que cenar con prisa, porque te van quitando la comida y todo...
El suelo de la zona de piscinas resbala muchísimo,mi hija callo dos veces y vi resbalones de la gente
O que mais gostei foi da localização. Ainda assim estacionamento muito complicado.
O pequeno almoço poderia ser um pouco mais variado e mais prolongado. O espaço do restaurante também poderia ser melhorado.

La luz pegaba chispazos y cierto colchón te clavas los muelles y los frigoríficos no enfría muy bien
La suite con piscina privada, excelente habitación me encanto y la tranquilidad y poder deconectar, todo muy bonito, tambien destacar el circuito de spa y el masaje todo un lujo al alcance de todos... Y el trato inmejorable 👌👍
Lo que menos me gusto de este hotel a sido el bufett demasiado básico y repetitivo

La habitación un poco anticuada, la terraza daba como a la azotea de una parte del hotel y estaba muy encerrada, no se veía nada.
El servicio y el trato del metre y de Laura chica con el tema de la celiaquía de mi mujer, todos muy atentos. 💪💪
