Nothing to like because this is a scam. Me and my husband arrive the area and they say that it's no longer RedDoorz but WJV inn. No confirmed booking from their side. They say MGRM guesthouse is the old name and just recently it was transferred to WJV because of the new owner. I think the old owner continue posting it here at booking.com eventhough the establishment is no longer available since this account is from every previous owner. I hope booking.com should investigate this or the proper authority in the city. Will raise this concern strongly since this is some kind of scamming.

Arrived and it didn't exist. AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS, ITS A SCAM. When you arrive they tell you Reddoorz no longer exists despite having the sign on the building. They then charge you again for the nightly rate.

Staff was helpful when we waned to check in early and accepted.
At fist we offerd us a room downstairs where there was no window, or working TV, litterally looked like a donjon. The room was terrible. We then asked to change as this room was not what we booked at all. We moved to the first floor and we had a window and a TV but the power point was half working, no hot shower (asked for 3 days to get it fixed but nothing has been done.), no toilet paper, ants and Cockroach... The bed was very small for 2 people and holes everywhere in the walls... Drinkable water for money... The room was just not AT ALL what is described on Booking.

Aircon??? Is not cold! No toiletries! Socket near aircon is grounded pls fix your aircon and wiring. Too dangerous for fire since the Water leak is near the socket!
Accessible location, near city proper
No parking space. We also experienced water outage during our stay. The staff had to fetch water from the ground floor so we can take a bath.
I think the AC is defective, it’s so hot inside the room. And in the nextday afternoon there is no water
The aircon was silent. The personal was nice.
Almost no water in the shower, dirty place, broken things in the bathroom. Even for the price, there is way better in Tagbilaran. The only window gives on the corridor and the light is always on.
