Great location with beautiful views
Pros:

Great location with a beautiful view from the room and terrace - we spotted whales several times, and lots of bird life
Across the street from the beach
Short walk to Mazunte for lots of dining options, but also nice dining options closer in San Agustinillo
Convenient to have breakfast included
The car park was convenient also,, and covered, which was nice in the heat
Nice to have two beds
Refreshing pool with umbrellas for shade
The room always felt cool, even with just using the fan. We thought we’d need AC, but didn’t end up using it
Thoughtful storage systems with baskets, hangers, and a safe
Coded lock system so we didn’t have to carry a key!

Cons:

Staff were accommodating, but could have been more hospitable and outwardly welcoming
I would have loved to have had a kettle in the room

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location

Cons:

The wooden handrails around the pool had rotted and broke causing our friend to have a very serious fall. The hotel appears to be addressing this matter and replacing sub-standard rails. Hopefully this important safety concern will be dealt with promptly.

Great stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

Location just a short walk from the beautiful beach at San Agustinillo. We had a spacious well-appointed room with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea.
The staff were friendly and helpful - on the first night I was unwell and didn’t want dinner, but they kindly prepared a tray with toast and yogurt for me at no extra charge.
It’s a very laid-back, relaxed place and we enjoyed our time there very much.

Cons:

Having to cross quite a busy street to get to the beach.
As others have mentioned, the lack of door on bathroom.
The stairs going up to the room are steep - not a problem for us but could be for other less mobile guests.

Lit immense, vue mer ,petits déjeuners variés délicieux , belle piscine , serviettes fournies pour la plage aussi, bon débit d'eau, calme, magique.
Juste a côté de l'arrêt du collectivo, à 10m de la plage

המקום מקסים, קצת מזכיר את יוון. יש נוף משגע!!
החדר היה גדול, נקי ונוח, אחלה אינטרנט וצוות נעים (דובר רק ספרדית), מים חמים במקלחת ומים מינרלים שהם ממלאים כל הזמן :) בריכה ממש כיפית לשקיעה

Beautiful view, room size was adequate, because we switched to a larger room with a balcony. There is a fridge for cold water, and a plunge pool outside.

Cons:

I felt ripped off when they didn’t honor the price on booking.com. I was charged more even after paying for the room upgrade in cash. The breakfast was cold when it should have been served warm. Chilaquiles are supposed to be spicy and the salsa was kind of flavorless. People who have mobility issues should avoid this hotel due to all the stairs. I liked the height because of the view, but if you have trouble with stairs avoid this hotel.

Schöne Aussicht
Pros:

Der Ausblick vom Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk ist traumhaft. Zum tollen Strand sowie zu einigen Restaurants sind es nur wenige Meter zu Fuß.
Der Zimmerservice war sehr gut, das Zimmer war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Fahrzeug konnte direkt am Hotel geparkt werden, auch das war sehr gut.

Cons:

Safe hat nicht funktioniert, Lampe war defekt und was uns besonders gestört hat, war das sehr schmale Frühstück. Zwar war das Omelette sehr schmackhaft aber davon und ein paar Stücken Obst und einem Kaffee wird man nicht satt, obwohl der Preis für das Zimmer doch recht hoch war. Auch das Wifi war zum Teil schwach und ab und zu komplett weg.

Breakfast was good. Just across the street to the beach. Comfortable bed.

The hotel faces a very noisy street; the bathroom (toilet) is not separated from the bedroom; half of the rooms open on the parking lot; overpriced for what it is.

Pros:

La nostra camera ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative, la vista era ancora più mozzafiato che nelle fotografie, si percepisce che gli arredi sono stati curati da un architetto niente e’ lasciato al caso. Voto 10 e lode!

Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på både San Agustinillo strand og gåafstand til Mazunte. Værelset havde den smukkeste udsigt fra balkonen. Personalet var venligt og imødekommende.
