The place is a hidden gem. While the whole venue is beautiful and with its unique style, the truly special thing here is the exceptional service that unfortunately is lacking in most venues in Bulgaria. The staff is always available, friendly and will take care of your needs.

Proper 5 star mini-hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Good rooms, comfortable beds, very clean. Close to all museums and central roads.

Хотелът е изключително автентичен и очарователен. Персоналът е усмихнат и много любезен, отношението към гостите на хотела е на изключително високо ниво. Храната на шеф Ивайло на вечерята в ресторанта на хотела беше повече от великолепна, закуската също беше прекрасна.

Престоят ни в Bey House Royal беше изключително приятен и напълно оправда очакванията ни. Обслужването е на много високо ниво персоналът е любезен, отзивчив и винаги готов да помогне. Чистотата в хотела беше безупречна, поддържана с изключително внимание към детайла. Храната също беше отлична разнообразна, вкусна и добре поднесена. Като цяло всичко ни хареса и се почувствахме наистина комфортно. Определено бихме избрали този хотел отново и го препоръчваме с две ръце.

Perfect location, interesting historic building, spacious rooms, parking close by, helpful staff, fabulous dinner in garden location and fabulous breakfast in same garden. Good value half board package. Convenient location to walk to medieval fortress

Great location, about 15 minutes easy walk to the Fortress, where the steep climb began. The hotel was lovely, with a historic, old world feel. Staff could not have been nicer. Our lovely room the Eleanora was quiet and well appointed, but a little small for two people. It was fine for a night or two. The bathroom was good. The bedding was very good and foods a restaurant downstairs was excellent. I wish we could’ve used the lovely patio but the weather was not cooperating. We also enjoyed the wonderful Turkish bath that you can reserve.

Peste asteptari. O bifuterie de boutique. Totul impecabil. Automat de cafea , apa , zilnic completate. Spa exceptional. Servicii masaj foarte bune, liniste. Micul dejun si cina , ca la un restaurant cu stele Michelin. Receptionerii ne-au platit pana si parcarea.

Very special boutique property with small number of rooms, great amenities and personal service. The restaurant garden was very pleasant and relacing.

Обслужването беше чудесно! Стаите са направени с вкус и добре поддържани. Атмосферата е много приятна. Храната беше добре приготвена и опциите от менюто бяха разнообразни.

This was our second stay in this amazing hotel, and we once again had a wonderful stay! This time we stayed at the apartment and the space was beautifully designed and very conformable. The service was excellent from the reception to the restaurant and all were very hospitable and tended to our needs. The food was delicious, and they had a nice selection of wines to pair it with. I once again had a massage with George and few days later I still feel great. We are definitely going back!
