Pros:

La villa l'accueil matinal chambre spacieuse et bien équipée l'histoire de la villa respect Mme La Gérante. Bel établissement.

Cons:

La climatisation qui couine et au levé elle ne faisait plus de bruit. Réglage peu aisée.

Cons:

De airconditioning was erg oud en maakte herrie. De werd wel gemaakt met een stuk karton erachter. De airco werkte niet. Het zwembad was kapot. Al met al was het allemaal slecht onderhouden, alles was in slechte staat. Jammer het kan zo mooi en oud gebouw zijn.

Le style de l'hôtel, la piscine

Cons:

Dommage que l'établissement ne soit pas entretenu à sa juste valeur. Il est très beau et malheureusement, manque d'entretien ( hors propreté qui est nickel)
Petit déjeuner plutôt axé sur du tout fait, manque de produits frais

Beautiful Sanctuary minutes from Milan.
Pros:

Stunning gardens and such a peaceful location. The hotel is beautiful: very classic very comfortable. Large cool room with immaculate bathroom, quality crisp cotton sheets and a very pretty Juliet balcony. The pool was wonderful to use after a long journey and the breakfast served next day from 7am was great - especially when the fresh croissants and bread arrived around 7.30 am (on a Sunday). Staff perfect, it felt like visiting friends in a traditional country house.

Cons:

The air con was not that cold, but the building was so well insulated it was not a problem . Also note dinner not available during August but we knew that already.

Nem ajánlom!
Pros:

Nem sok ilyen volt sajnos. A reggeli rendben volt, a szokásos olasz édessütemények mellett volt sonka, sajt, tojás, sőt rántottát is kaptunk. Finom kávé, és narancslé.

Cons:

Hol is kezdjem. A matracok szörnyűek, beleáll a rugó az ember hátába. A törölközők olyanok, mintha smirglivel törölköznék, szinte fáj, amikor használom. A szekrényben koszos innen-onnan összeszedett ragacsos vállfák. Nem mertem ráakasztani a ruháimat. Két főre egy pohár!?!? (Miért????) A légkondi elvault, nagyon hangos. Lehűti ugyan a szobát, de éjjelre ki kell kapcsolni, mert nagyon hangos. Viszont az ablakot ha kinyitottuk, a közeli földekről híg trágyalé szaga jött be. Ez a szag egyébként szinte állandóan jelen volt. (Mondjuk tény, hogy a szagról nem a szállás tehet, de éppen ezért kellene a légkondit használnhatóvá tenni, hogy éjjel is lehessen használni.) A medence vize kellemes meleg, viszont a lépcsőről feljött a gumiburkolat, ezt évek óta nem orvosolták, ahogy az értélkelésekben olvasom. Ez elég balesetveszélyes. Szóval azt éreztem, hogy egyáltalán nem érdeklik a tulajdonost ezek az apróságok, mert évek óta nem is próbálnak rajtuk javítani, viszont ez jelentősen rontja a vendégélményt. Sajnos ez az igénytelenség meghatározza a vendégkört is, ezt most nem részletezném.

Et sjarmerende sted som sårt trenger litt oppussing.
Pros:

En flott hage og hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Kjøleskapet på rommet fungerte ikke. Dusjdøren gikk ikke å stenge. Airconditionen var veldig støyende, belegget på trappen i bassenget hadde løsnet så det var vanskelig å gå ned i vannet. Totalt sett veldig så trenger stedet en oppgradering.

A wonderful hotel in classic Italian style, run by a passionate family for generations. The owner and staff are extremely welcoming and always go the extra mile for their guests. The hotel is very clean and hygienic, and the rooms have excellent air conditioning. You truly feel the warmth and dedication here. Highly recommended!

Ho apprezzato la presenza della piscina, che ho utilizzato a fine giornata dopo una trasferta di lavoro, colazione accettabile (col minimo indispensabile)

Cons:

Tutto ok, qualche segno di obsolescenza (prese elettriche, condizionatore analogico vecchio tipo con ventola rumorosa) che non ha influito negativamente
