I didn't like the fact that our room never got made up or that we never received fresh towels for the extra night we stayed.
Office hours only 11:00 AM To 6:00 PM. If you leave the room early and return late there is no chance to speak with someone to resolve any possible issues as I encountered with the room not being made up and no fresh towels.
The rooms could use a bit of an update.
The swimming pool was closed and will be closed for some time according to a message we recieved from the hotel after the booking was accepted, no mention in the advertisement.

The staff hour are limited so help is not always available for problems such as clogged toilet. The property detail was poor. Such as paint and trimming of grass, weeds and plants. Pool not open. Carpet was very dirty. Room smelled very musty.

The pool was not open, mold on the shower ceiling. Bed was not comfortable at all.

The information on this motel and photos is very inaccurate and deceiving. We traveled for a soccer tournament for my children.. This was the worst experience, my family has had a motel. Upon check-in, we were notified that there are no microwaves in any of the rooms. The hotel is under renovation as it has been bought by a new owner. The pool is out of commission. The TV in the room was broken. There are residents living in the motel. After checking in and sitting outside feeding my children, a lady came up to us. Asking for money cigarettes and food. She lived in one of the rooms on the property. She asked us not to report her as she was afraid of being kicked out. Another individual staying at the motel notified us that that property had been bought by the YWCA. In the morning, the smoke detector alarm continuously kept going off in my room, where my children were sleeping for no reason. My son's feet were black after walking around in the room without socks or shoes. The office was only open from 11 AM to 6 PM. We checked out on Sunday morning at 7 AM, but we're not aware of how or where to leave the keys. Extra money had to be spent due to no microwaves in the room as I prepared and cooked food from home to bring with us on this weekend tournament. Not to mention many that had to be spent on other excursions and entertainment for the children. due to the pool being out of commission. And TVS in both rooms are not working. Not only do I have photos, but I also have videos. Unfortunately, it will only let me attach photos to this review. Another Soccer parent also booked at this location but was able to cancel on the spot when she arrived. Because she did not book online. Because we booked online, and the credit card had already been authorized. We were unable to cancel on the spot and find a better location for our family.

I was very unhappy, there was no coffee machine, no microwave and the pool wss out of order, which was the one thing we were all looking forward to. I ended up chrckin out 2 days earlier than prior and moved to another motel. I would suggest they update the website.

I wanted to stay and relax by the pool which was advertised and it was not even opened up for the season and this was mid July.

However, the whole room had a very strong smell of dampness. AC is loud and slow. We were there on a very hot and humid weekend and it was hard to air the room. All of our clothes had the smell of dampness after we left, even the ones we had in our suitcases and didn't wear. There were many cracks on the sealing and the carpet is very old. We came because the place was recommended for families with kids, but we wouldn't recommend, definitely not for longer stays with children.

Beds only made twice in 14 days. Mine wasn't made as I'd left a t-shirt on bed!!

Need more plugs or extensions in rooms to accommodate numerous devices
