Pros:

Big room. Apartment is very clean. Big bed. Hot shower water. Reception man and lady are very nice. Paid by credit card no handling fees. Has elevator. Not far from airport. Cafes and marts nearby.

Cons:

Traffic around are quite chaotic. Balcony door cannot lock. Very close to next building so I must set the curtains down. Complicated TV operation, I can watch YouTube only.

Pros:

Very clean, spacious, nice sitting area.
The owner was friendly and hardworking!
The location was good.
Lots of little things thought about like toothbrush and tooth paste.
Good wifi!
Happy to stay again.

Cons:

Harder to come and go at night time. Could hear people at 3am trying to get in and struggling.

Lovely spacious clean hotel rooms
Pros:

Lovely spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and the location is convenient. Great WiFi and strong water pressure were definite highlights. The breakfast buffet is good, but it’s worth going early as food can sit out for a while.

Nice space in great location.
Pros:

I liked the layout of the apartment. I enjoyed having 2 air-conditioners. It felt spacious. The bed was comfy.
The location suited me perfectly.

Cons:

I'm not a fan of an over the bath shower.

Great location and reliable wifi (although on a very few occasions a bit spotty). There were many good places to eat out nearby and very well stocked supermarkets just a few metres away

Cons:

The kitchen wasn't very well equipped and the pan would smoke a lot every time we'd cook

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The room was suprisingly big. It was clean and all utensils are available. If I ever visit Saigon again, I will definitely book this place.

Nice staff, despite little English. Free laundry service which is amazing. Deluxe room was sizable with a balcony. Convenient enough area . Quiet at night

Cons:

Property locks up at 10pm (22:00.) You have to ring a doorbell to be let in. Sometimes this can take a while
