Nice staff, despite little English. Free laundry service which is amazing. Deluxe room was sizable with a balcony. Convenient enough area . Quiet at night
Property locks up at 10pm (22:00.) You have to ring a doorbell to be let in. Sometimes this can take a while

1. We explored the city very late at night. We must ring the bell 🔔, wake up the night shift staff every time. We felt hesitant a bit every time, especially so when we stayed for a full month. We wish we could let ourselves in without waking up anyone.
2. Curtains are not sun blocked.
3. Water pressure is OK, not bad, but we wished it was a little stronger.
Very hospitable people. We wanted to change the room, because it was loud. They allowed us to change for the room looking to the street the same day without any extra charge.
Generally the people working there are very nice and helpful. Room is cleaned and fresh towels are put every day.
Everything was fine.
One minor thing, I couldn’t get the TV to work.
I was so curious to see some Vietnamese TV :)
The apartment was clean.
It seems like the photos on Booking were taken of the apartment a decade ago, when it was new and shiny. The current look is a lot worse, the greenery is dead on tge balcony, there was only one chair outside, which had a broken leg. We were disappointed.

As a service apartment, they close the main gates and if you return late you need to press the bell to enter or get out of the building. This is very inconvenient. Also the location is just beside a drinking restaurant so when people get a bit drunk the place becomes quite noisy between 9-11pm.
The balcony is not like how the display photos are.
