Tudo muito bom , desde o atendimento até a acomodação. Atendimento espetacular, muito atencioso e prestativo. Quarto grande , casa de banho grande , varanda com vista para a montanha. Muito limpo . E aí tem um restaurante que ajuda muito, comida boa e muito bem servida . Ficamos muito satisfeitos.

I liked everything about this place, it's a family business and the people in this place are so nice and welcoming, the place is very clean and hospitable, many people come to eat at the restaurant which has amazing food and big portions, the staff is wonderful and I wish I could stay longer, the surrounding area is just pure magic, for anyone that loves nature in abundance don't miss out on this place.
The rooms are not huge but they're just what I needed, I really really loved this place I would definitely come back.

Accomodation very clean and modern. Quiet location.
No tea or coffee making facilities in room and not available until 9am in the bar area.
The view and the room was clean
We bóoked this location as it had a restaurant and on site bar plus we paid extra for breakfast.when we arrived they said the restaurant was not open ,due to them having a large party.luckly for us we brought a drink from the bar but when we went to buy a coffee everyone had gone and the place was locked up with no staff on site.there were no drinks facilities in the room not even water .the room had a very bad smell of the fossa and later when taking a shower the bathroom flooded due to the blocked drains .when we got up for breakfast everything was still locked up and we received no breakfast . which we had paid extra for in the booking this ment we had gone from 5.30 pm through to 9 am the next morning with no food or a drink we had to go to the nearest supermarket witch was 4km away.we were very disappointed and felt we had been let down if the property had not been in the middle of no where we would have seeked out another hotel don't be fóoled by the pictures.
