El desayuno está bien pero cuando se terminan las cosas tardan mucho en reponer.

La atención y la habitación preparada para dos adultos y dos niños.
El poco aparcamiento libre. Tuve que pagar 15€ por doce horas de uso y. Que no ofrezcan poder utilizar instalaciones después de dejar la habitación libre como hacen muchos otros hoteles.
Nothing really!
Reception staff at the arrival were very dry and unwelcoming. The tall skinny man, when checking us in did not put any attention to my request for a twin beds room for my elderly mother and I and sent us to a double bed one. Luckily the way more pleasant female colleague of his, sorted us out in the end.
The room has nothing in it, like a bottle of water or a kettle to make a tea or coffee neither a fridge.
The 12 euros per person per night breakfast is a rip off for what it is. Rui was very blunt and unfriendly too. Crazy that they think that where they fry scrambled eggs, they cannot fry whole eggs for free (they asked me to pay 2.80 euros extra for each of the 6 eggs I asked then to fry for me).
The bar downstairs is live less and the atmosphere is heavy.
Bad staff + bad hotel + bad location + bad value for money!

No primeiro quarto do banheiro, muito escorregadio, eu e meu esposo quase caímos, cama horrível, tv ultrapassada, tivemos que mudar, no segundo banheiro era pequeno demais mas na área do banho tinha tapete, a tv também plana muito pequena também.

Difficile malheureusement de retenir beaucoup de points positifs de ce séjour. L’expérience globale a été largement affectée par le bruit et le manque de propreté de certains espaces.
Le séjour a été très décevant. Pendant trois jours, l’hôtel accueillait visiblement un événement avec une ambiance ressemblant davantage à une rave ou à une fête qu’à celle que l’on attend d’un hôtel. En circulant dans les couloirs, nous entendions régulièrement des personnes crier et faire beaucoup de bruit, ce qui rendait l’atmosphère particulièrement désagréable. La propreté des installations était également très insuffisante : le jacuzzi, notamment, était tellement sale que nous n’avons pas souhaité l’utiliser. Entre le bruit, l’ambiance générale et le manque d’entretien de certains espaces, l’expérience n’a absolument pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

El jacuzzi daba asco, el agua sucísima.
El personal prepotente, tuvimos un problema con el desayuno sin gluten y nos dijeron que debería darles las gracias por no cobrarnos más por traer pan sin gluten. Intentamos que nos trajesen galletas o algo dulce (unas galletas de supermercado de 3€ la caja máximo) y nada.
La habitación olía a humedad de pocho, un olor muy desagradable.
Imposible aparcar en el hotel sin pagar, el parking que dispone gratis tendrá 15-20 plazas para 120 habitaciones, y en las calles aledañas difícil encontrar sitio. El precio de parking abusivo, 15€ por un parking descubierto, algún tejadillo de chapa pero a la intemperie
Las instalaciones excelentes,el personal muy amable y queda muy bien ubicado.
En realidad me gustó todo. Como sugerencia pudiera colocar qiebofrecieranntoqllas para la zona de piscina.
