È la prima volta dopo ventuno anni che andiamo in valle Aurina e che è andata male
Pros:

La colazione del sabato mattina povera di prodotti e la macchina del cappuccino era caricata con vaschetta con latte avariato. La colazione della domenica mattina per contro aveva più varietà di prodotti, forse perché arrivati sabato sera diversi ospiti

Al ns. arrivo ci hanno assegnato una camera che non era quella scelta su booking. A ns. osservazione hanno provveduto, ma cmq in camera il quinto letto non era pronto. Nella notte tra venerdì e sabato non ha funzionato il riscaldamento. Per contro nella notte successiva ha funzionato perfettamente, forse sempre perché sono arrivati tanti ospiti. Amici di una camera vicina alla ns. ci hanno confermato per il riscaldamento.Nella zona relax non funzionava erogatore acqua fredda per lavaggio piedi, utile sia per igiene, sia per quando si esce dalla sauna. In bagno in camera ragnatela ed aspiratore intasato.

Genussreisen in der Zwischensaison - empfehlenswert. Bushaltestelle nahe. Wunderschönes Tal!
Pros:

Die große Freundlichkeit des Personals. Wir waren später dran und durften die Sauna länger nützen als üblich - so ein Genuss.
Frühstück war superfein.
Der Wein am Abend genial.
Wir reisen lieber in der Zwischensaison - und waren froh, dass das Hotel geöffnet hatte.

Cons:

Die Temperaturregelung in der Dusche der Sauna hat nicht richtig funktioniert.
Fehlende Deutschkenntnisse beim Morgenservice.
Die Gästekarte wurde für die 2. Reisende nicht zugemailt - erst auf Nachfrage.

Camera un po’ piccola ma per una notte poteva passare , con una bella veranda panoramica.
L ‘ area relax con piscina idromassaggio e ben 2 saune e ha reso il soggiorno molto piacevole.
