Un buon soggiorno che potrebbe migliorare

Molto positivo la grandezza della camera ed i servizi offerti

Cons:

Consiglio di ammodernare la camera ed il bagno. Sostituire i materassi a molla con quelli più ergonomici e mettere cuscini con maggiore spessore. Consiglierei anche di potenziare la colazione con più prodotti del loco e varietà.

La posizione
Il materasso del letto era bello comodo

Cons:

La porta del bagno rotta con relativo porta sapone nella doccia mezzo rotto
e inaspettato mancanza di ascensore e mancanza di bidet

Ottima struttura con buon rapporto qualità prezzo ed area relax valida.
Pros:

Cordialità dello staff. Ottima area relax piscina e sauna. Ottima Colazione. Buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo per la struttura in Valle Aurina.

Cons:

Un controllo maggiore nell'area relax per fare rispettare le regole perchè la presenza di bambini molto piccoli che urlavano in continuazione non era idoneo. Ma sono dettagli in generale molto bene !

Wurden kurzfristig umgebucht in ein Hotel im schlechten Zustand!
Cons:

Leider wurden wir sehr kurzfristig in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht.
Dies war vom Zimmer her unterirdisch (alt, verwohnt, streng riechend, Matratzen ekelig, Haarspangen von vorherigen Gästen, undefinierbare Flecken auf dem Teppich)
Personal und Pool waren wunderbar!

Una notte tranquilla
Pros:

La receptionist molto cordiale e disponibile. Albergo ben tenuto anche se "datato", pulito sia negli spazi comuni che in camera. Facilmente raggiungibile e con parcheggio comodo. Zona spa piccola ma provvista di due saune, stanza per la cromoterapia, piscina per adulti, vasca con idromassaggio e piccolo angolo piscina con scivolo per bambini. Camera di giuste dimensioni con terrazzo. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salato. Zona molto tranquilla. Noi ci siamo stati una notte con una bimba di 5 anni che si è divertita in piscina.

Vacanza da ricordare e rifare
Pros:

Lutzen (sig.rs Lucia) è stata molto gentile, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie e richieste. Siamo stati bene. Località magnifiche. La valle Aurina offre sport, cibo buono, profumi, fiori, prati di velluto. Una vera vacanza (1 settimana) rigenerante. Piscina e sauna in hotel. Lo consigliamo, ci torneremo. Un saluto a tutto lo staff.

Pool und Wellness Bereich gut

Cons:

Vor dem Abendessen wollten wir was trinken, es gab keinen Holundersaft, Himbeersaft, keinen Eistee, keinen Hugo usw. Abendessen mussten alle warten bis jeder den Salat hatte und dann bekamen olle immer zugleich den ersten Gang und dann alle zusammen den zweiten Gang. Ist sehr unangenehm da man Kinder hatte usw. Kindermenü war dasselbe wie das normale also nicht korrekt. Gläser waren schmutzig Besteck idem. Es kam immer wieder eine Katze in den Speisesaal 🤢 essen für Kinder war zu scharf.
Ich kann vorherige Meinungen nicht teilen.
