Good no-frills option for the part of town
Pros:

The hotel and its location deliver for its target market. It's a modern and functional operation in an easily highway-accessible location and within a five minute walk of a large modern mall on one side and a traditional market quarter on the other. For access to the city centre, there is a minivan station across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. They accepted storage of my bag after checkout for a few hours before I headed to the airport, a service not listed in the hotel's facilities, I believe. Nice of them. Also, the rooms' pillows are rather thick so my first night wasn't so comfortable. I asked if they had a slimmer pillow and they supplied one. Lovely.
The room is well airconditioned (maybe a bit loud for some, I use earplugs - also against the constant highway traffic) and bright enough. The desk and chair would suit work if required (though the plastic chairs are a bit hard), and the wifi is decent. Plenty of complementary water offered daily. Didn't really have any noise from neighbours, though I don't know how full the hotel was. There's a free microwave use to heat purchasable frozen meals, too, in the lobby.

Cons:

I won't complain about the noise from the location between the two large double teirred highways as this can be seen on any map, so buyer beware.
A kettle in the room would have been nice.
The automatic free hot drinks machine, from 6am to 11am (for some reason not outside these hours) was ok but the coffee was expectedly tasteless.
