Pros:

A tranquil place out of town( about a 15min walk) we had the place all to ourselves the first night. We bought food in town and cooked dinner at the place in a well appointed kitchen. Wonderful night sleep listening to the river, frogs and walking up with the birds.

Cons:

It is a walk out of town so you need to be prepared with everything you need.

Temple II is a lovely, comfortable haven, Giuliana was a warm and welcoming presence!
Pros:

Giuliana made us feel so welcome. Our room became our home. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, had screens on the windows (not a given), which enabled the room to get fresh air and kept the bugs out. Highly recommend it!!

Pros:

Tra le strutture più belle e immerse nella natura dove siamo stati nel nostro lungo viaggio. Stanze pulite, accoglienti e acqua calda nel bagno (che si affaccia sulla foresta). Colazione ottima. Giuliana e’ stata super ospitale e accogliente con il suo bellissimo sorriso e professionalità ☺️
Questa struttura merita davvero!! Lo consigliamo vivamente!

A little bit suspenseful because of the amount of spider webs.
Pros:

It was very nicely displayed and the room designs were nice as well

Cons:

There was so many spider webs. I ran into at least 4 webs. There was also a huge tarantula next to the bedside. I am from Kansas City USA and I have never seen a spider that big in my life. When we informed the owner they said we need to take into consideration that we are in nature, which I understand, however, I feel that the property should have checked and throughly cleaned spider webs prior to our arrival.

Great Wildlife Viewing from the Balcony!
Pros:

While the hotel was only 1 km away from the center of town, it felt like we were in the middle of the jungle with all of the incredible wildlife we saw from the balcony. We saw many guatusas, hummingbirds, parrots, toucans, and motmots. The room was also large and comfortable. And a nice breakfast included in the stay. Juliana was a great host!

It was a fantastic 2 days!

Peaceful stay in the cloud forest
Pros:

The place is tranquil and peaceful and great for relaxing and birdwatching. The staff are welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast really tasty and generous.

Rustic, is how I would describe the property, simple with a bit of charm. Would never stay there again.
Pros:

Screens on some of the windows. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

No maid service the entire three night stay. Emptied our own trash. Asked and got towels but no one ever came to pick up the used ones. Rooms very hot, no fans. The only reason we were able to sleep is because I bought fans for our 3 rooms at the hardware store. No place to sit down, only the beds.
