Had to swap rooms because it was disgusting.
The room was putrid. Not acceptable at all. We had to get staff to check the room as there was laundry in the machine running in the room. (No one there 53 minutes on it to go. So someone would be coming back for that ? )
Broken wine glass in the cupboard with shards all over the bottom of the cupboard.
ALL 5 coffee mugs had rings of old coffee still in them and lipstick still on them.
The shower curtain was disgusting it was rock hard like it had NEVER been cleaned or changed.
The room stunk when you turned the fan on to the bathroom. (exaust fan)
We had to call the staff and show them. They were extremely apologetic and went to find a new room.
We had a huge 2 bedroom apartment ( seperate rooms ) because that was our specific need. We specifically booked this apartment as it was on the ground floor due to personal needs. We ended up getting a shared standard room with double bed with king single as replacement on the 2nd floor as that was all they had. We were Offered 2x $20.00 food/bar voucher as compensation. We were only there for the night to prepare for a function the next morning and told them the vouchers would not be used or needed. I would have thought a discount to standard room price would have been more appropriate considering how disgusting the apartment was.
We will not be going back there and definitely would not recommend it.

A bit tight for space in the room, and the rain shower head. Not everyone likes these. You should have the dual head.
Great place to stay on a stop over. Comfy, convenient and everything you need at your finger tips!

Nothing. It was excellent
Room was disgusting, stunk of wet carpet, nothing in the room but a ugly looking bed, not even a table? Or microwave or TV nothing but a shabby bed and 1 window, how embarrassing for the staff, you have to share toilets and bathrooms? Didn't say that when I booked and payed for room. Anyway I ask staff for refund but they could not because I booked thru a 3rd party, that's OK I told them keep my money, I'd rather pay to not stay there, just gross

Lovely place to stay. 1st floor accomodation needing an update. We stayed in a king room on the second floor which was perfect !
