Comfortable hotel, but difficult to recommend in summer
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for work. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of fresh food. The location is also convenient for exploring the area. I appreciated the effort of the staff throughout my stay, and overall the property is well maintained.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms had a major impact on my stay. Even with a fan, the room became extremely hot, especially at night, making it difficult to sleep and rest after a long working day. During the warmer months, the temperature inside the room felt almost unbearable. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend staying here in summer, whether you’re traveling for business or for leisure

Lago Maggiore mit Hindernissen
Pros:

Die Lage ist prima und der Blick von unserem Balkon zum Lago war großartig.
Frühstück ist gut. Auch wenn der Koch an dem Abend frei hatte und es nur eine kleine Auswahl an Essen gab, hat das sehr gut geschmeckt.
Als die Chefin sich der Anreise-Situation annahm, wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Sie hat sich sehr kompetent und freundlich verhalten.

Cons:

Das völlig unangemessene Verhalten der Person am Empfang, als wir ankamen, war etwas, was wir noch nie erlebt haben!. Wir hatten bzgl des Datenschutzes erhebliche Zweifel und haben keiner Kopie unserer Ausweise zugestimmt. Gleichwohl haben wir ihr alle relevanten Daten per Sicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese Perrson beleidigte in unfassbarer Weise und verweigerte den Kontakt zur Chefin - ohne Kopie gäbe es keinen Schlüssel und damit ging sie weg. Es dauerte 45 Minuten, bis sie dann doch endlich die Chefin anrief.Diese löste die Situation angemessen.
Bad und Zimmer sind klein. Der Ventilator hat es aushaltbar bei den heißen Temperaturen gemacht.

Cons:

Das zimmer war sehr klein. Das badezimmer sehr klein. Die toilette direkt vor dem waschtisch war mehr als eng. Von den angegebene 18qm war das zimmer weit entfernt.

Décevant pas climatisation en pleine canicule.

La vue sur le Lac Majeur.

Cons:

Il n’a pas de climatisation qui fonctionne dans l’hôtel alors que c’est un équipement indiqué dans le descriptif. Un ventilateur est mis à disposition. Mais ce n’est pas suffisant. En plus, il fait très chaud dans la salle de bain.

Esperienza pessima: hotel senza aria condizionata, notte insopportabile

Esperienza estremamente negativa presso l’Hotel Torre Imperiale a Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca.

La cosa più grave è che le camere e, a quanto abbiamo potuto constatare, anche gli ambienti interni dell’hotel, sono sprovvisti di aria condizionata. In piena estate questo rende il soggiorno praticamente impossibile. Alle finestre non ci sono nemmeno le zanzariere, quindi la scelta è tra soffocare per il caldo con le finestre chiuse oppure aprirle ed essere divorati dalle zanzare.

Alle 23:00 abbiamo rilevato nelle nostre camere e in quelle dei nostri figli una temperatura interna oscillante tra i 30 e i 31 gradi. Ci è stato fornito un ventilatore, ma non è servito a nulla: faceva semplicemente girare aria calda nella stanza. La situazione è diventata insostenibile per noi adulti e per i nostri figli, tanto che ci siamo sentiti male e abbiamo deciso di lasciare l’hotel all’una di notte, senza aspettare neanche un minuto in più.

Quando abbiamo protestato con la direzione, la risposta è stata sgradevole e poco professionale: ci è stato detto in malo modo che, essendo un hotel a 3 stelle, non sono obbligati a fornire aria condizionata e che su Booking questa informazione era indicata. Va bene, sarà stato anche un nostro errore non leggerlo con maggiore attenzione, ma ritengo doveroso informare i futuri ospiti: QUESTO HOTEL NON DISPONE DI ARIA CONDIZIONATA NE' DI ZANZARIERE ALLE FINESTRE.

Per noi è stato un soggiorno da dimenticare. Sconsigliato, soprattutto nei periodi caldi e per chi viaggia con bambini.
