Un sejur plăcut, cu personal amabil, mâncare foarte bună și o atmosferă relaxantă, chiar dacă unele
Pros:

Sejur de weekend la Ozone. Locația este excelentă, aproape de punctele de interes, iar personalul a fost foarte amabil și prompt. Camerele sunt curate. Micul dejun și cina au fost variate și gustoase, un punct forte al hotelului. Piscina si sauna aduc un plus valoare.

Cons:

Mi-ar fi plăcut să existe un expresor în cameră. De asemenea mobilierul camerelor este destul de invechit.Are 4 stele dar nu cred ca sunt pline :)

Pros:

Camera a fost cat de cat ok. Masa in prima ne-a speriat...2 feluri de mancare...dupa a revenit la normal. Sauna ok. Piscina nu are apa calda...cu toate ca pe site zice ca are apa calda. De asta am ales acest hotel ptr piscina cu apa calda...dar surpriza romaneasca. Pret mare pe noapte in raport cu calitatea.

Cons:

Hotelul nu este de 4 stele, mai are mult pana acolo. Piscina cu apa rece...nici o apa calda in piscina.
Camera asa si asa, mai un mucegai pe la usa de la balcon, nu etansa prea ok usa, cabina de dus mai trebuie lucrat la ea.

Cons:

Hotelul a avut o problemă și apa din piscină a fost rece. Având o fetiță de 4 ani care vroia să stea numai în piscină, nu ne-am permis să stăm decât puțin în apă.
