Pros:

L emplacement est parfait et au calme. Le personnel est top. Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Notre chambre était très propre et confortable, les équipements sont opérationnels et adapté. Je recommande. Nous avons passé un bon moment.

Séjour décevant : plusieurs manquements constatés
Cons:

J’ai réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et un enfant de 12 ans, comme indiqué sur mon bon de réservation. Pourtant, à mon arrivée à 16h30, on m’annonce qu’une chambre pour deux adultes seulement a été prévue. On me demande alors de patienter 30 minutes pour ajouter un lit d’appoint.

Le lit proposé ne convenant pas, on me suggère de payer 200 € supplémentaires pour une suite avec canapé-lit, ce que je refuse.
À cela s’ajoute le sauna fermé, sans aucune information préalable.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, on m’indique à l’arrivée qu’il est servi de 7h à 11h. Je m’y rends à 10h, mais on me dit que le service est terminé, sans aucune alternative proposée. Même pas le brunch pourtant affiché à l’accueil comme étant disponible de 10h à 15h.
Étant sous traitement médical, je dois impérativement manger le matin, et j’ai donc dû chercher un autre endroit pour prendre un petit-déjeuner.

Je décide malgré tout de déjeuner au restaurant de l’hôtel. La carte propose surtout des plats à base de viande. Je demande à la serveuse s’il existe une alternative, elle me répond que non. Pourtant, quelques minutes plus tard, j’entends un serveur proposer à une autre table des pâtes aux gambas, un plat qui ne m’a jamais été proposé. Aucune explication ne m’a été donnée.

Après cette succession de désagréments et ce manque de considération, j’ai préféré aller manger ailleurs, où l’accueil était bien meilleur.
C’est la première fois que je reçois un service aussi médiocre dans un hôtel 4 étoiles. Je regrette de ne pas avoir accordé plus de crédit aux avis négatifs que j’avais lus.

Dans un hôtel, le client paie un service et ses demandes doivent être respectées.

Pros:

Un emplacement très calme au milieu d’un golf dans la campagne du Médoc, un personnel d’une immense gentillesse, une literie très confortable et des installations de spa (piscine, hammam, douche sensorielle) au top.

A good hotel with great food and excellent golf.
Pros:

Great welcome on reception and good food and service in the hotel. Small but good spa facilities. I went for the golf which was excellent.

Pleasant surprise for family with kids in a golf resort.
Pros:

Clean, well equipped, quiet location , decent pool, good restaurant, good wine, super friendly staff, pet friendly. Since we went off season there were not many people in the hotel. The golf area is huge, we tried the initiation 1 hour course and it was great.

Cons:

Good restaurant but not many vegetarian options, kids menu could be better. Breakfast was good but missing some basic veggies (fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers… not hard to include at 4*)
