Muy bonito, pero la comida regular.
Pros:

La habitación y las pasarelas

Cons:

Gimnasio feo y chico; lugar para hacer masaje inhóspito. Desayuno solo ofrecen queque y kuchen como cosas dulces y no son ricos y para colmo no varían. Café del desayuno, malo. Comida del restaurante es regular.

Lindo hotel en ubicación muy tranquila.
Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo y las habitaciones cómodas. El desayuno estaba muy bien.
La atención muy amable. Todo el personal tiene muy buena disposición.

Cons:

La comida del restoran está bien, pero es cara para lo que es.
La piscina es heladisima. Sería ideal si pudieran temperarla aunque sea un poco.

Unique boutique lodges in the middle of the forest and graciously far away from the touristy areas by the lake. Incredible, all-wood sustainable architecture, comfortable lodges with private balcony, scenic swimming pool with breathtaking sunset views on the Andes. Best breakfast of our Chilean tour and good dining with ample choice of cocktails.

Perfecto para descansar…
Pros:

Es un hotel muy lindo ubicado en un cerro retirado, lo que le da la virtud, de ser muy buen lugar para descansar. Las piezas son muy bonitas y amplias. El lugar es mágico.

Cons:

Cobraban por el Hot Tub. Los precios del menú de comidas eran elevados. El camino de acceso está en muy malas condiciones y sin ninguna mantencion. Las toallas eran pequeñas.

Pros:

Hätten wir vorher gewusst, dass in diesem Hotel einfach alles wunderschön ist, hätten wir direkt mehr als drei Nächte gebucht. Es ist eine kleine Oase mitten im Wald und trotzdem gut gelegen, sodass man Pucon und den Villarrica National Park besuchen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen ausgestattet. Wir haben auch zwei Mal im Hotel-Restaurant gegessen und es war sehr lecker. Ebenso das Frühstück. Auch der Wäscheservice war super. Perfekt für Reisende, die länger unterwegs sind.

Cons:

Das Einzige, was nicht optimal ist: Wir waren in Zimmer 3 direkt neben der Rezeption und Restaurant untergebracht. Hier hört man leider alle Geräusche uns Stimmen, die im Restaurant stattfinden.
