Pros:

The best thing is the balcony with the view to the river and the breakfast above the river with the river noise. The room no. 3 was very spacious and clean Good cappuchino in the morning. The jaccuzzi is a plus. We used ii in the evening we had it all for us and enjoed it a lot. It looks new. There is a smell of damp and it is dark. We found it not too warm which was really good. Theres street parking just in front the hotel which was good.

Cons:

The breakfast was really minimal very few options. No sweet option. No croissants no cakes. Only normal bread to put in the toaster 2 kinds of cheese some saussage marmelade and a salty bulgarian cheese pastry and 1 big yogurt to take from (which was tasty). But anyway we ate thr breakfast. It was not included in the price it costs 6eur. The communication is limited the workers and owner almost dont speak english.

Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast because unfortunately our experience at reception was not very welcoming. The lady at reception appeared tired and uninterested, and she didn’t provide us with any information about breakfast or any other services available. We would have appreciated a warmer welcome and some guidance about what the hotel has to offer.

Cons:

One of the rooms was not ready when we arrived at 2 pm, which was not a big issue for us. However, in the second room, which was booked for three adults and one child, we were provided with only one bath towel. Luckily, I had brought my own towels with me.
The following day, we spoke to a temporary member of staff at reception, who was a lovely lady and very helpful. She provided us with the additional towels we needed.
The most frustrating thing was the additional charge for a child under 12. When making the booking, the price shown was one amount, but at check-out the total was different. We were charged an additional €30 for the child’s accommodation in the room, on top of the adult accommodation fee.
This was very disappointing, as the additional charge was not clear when making the booking. I believe the pricing should be transparent from the beginning, so guests know exactly what they will be paying before arriving.

просторна стая, хубава тераса, превъзходна гледка, батут в двора, много детски играчки, регистрацията беше много лесна

A simple and nice place for a short stay, for those coming to hike in the Seven Lakes region.
Pros:

A nice small family hotel In a rural vicinity . We stayed in rooms with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent and to our delight, included homemade Banitza and a Mekizi :-) as well.

Cons:

We had a leak in the bath room which the staff were aware of but did not take care of it before our arrival. The reception desk was unstaffed throughout the day. The hotel is quite far from the center of the village but in a walking distance.

Удобно, чисто и приятно
Pros:

Отлично местоположение, за целта ни- по пътя за лифта. Имаше приготвена закуска, от която моето семейство се възползва по-късно. Хотелът се намира на спокойно място, а най-хубавото беше гледката сутринта докато си пихме кафето :)

Cons:

За целта, за която използвахме стаята нямам забележки. Семейството ми е с пораснала дъщеря и имахме достатъчно пространство за всички.

Habitación grande y en un edificio nuevo. Buen mobiliario.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación distinta a la reservada en Booking (que incluía balcón). Cuando lo comentamos nos dijeron que si no nos gustaba nos fuéramos. Aunque después nos ofrecieron desayuno gratis como compensación.
