Il personale è stato super accogliente e disponibile. Mi hanno dato una stanza a piano terra per le difficoltà motorie e mi hanno aiutato con i bagagli e il deambulatore. Non mi hanno fatto pressioni per utilizzare il loro parcheggio a pagamento anzi mi hanno detto che sulla strada la macchina stava tranquilla. Il bagno era accessibile con il maglione, come mi hanno detto e anche la doccia .
Il fatto che in stanza non si potesse regolare l’aria condizionata. Ho chiamato, mi hanno detto che la caldaia era spenta. Questa è stata l’unica cosa negativa.

Il buffet della colazione poco assortito e diversi prodotti confenzionati peccato visto le risorse culinarie del territorio. La piscina a Giugno era chiusa così come il Ristorante interno. La sala giochi ha orari ben definiti alle 18 era chiusa e tutto spento peccato perchè per i bambini sarebbe potuto essere un ulteriore svago prima e dopo cena
