Pros:

No good breakfast not sufficient one lady hardly giving some stal food no room cleaning no water provided in room not tea coffee sachet provided.

Pros:

Отличный отель для остановки в Тбилиси, очень понравился персонал и месторасположение. Мы ходили пешком из этой точки до основных достопримечательностей. Хорошие завтраки. Отель небольшой, компактный. В зоне ресепшен есть вода в кулере. Хозяйка хорошо говорит по-русски.

Cons:

Немного заменить старую технику, смесители, добавить фен и шторку для душа и все будет отлично. Если бы я ещё раз поехала в Тбилиси, то обязательно тут бы и остановилась.

Pros:

Просторная комната, холодильник, телевизор, кондиционер все работает. На ресепшен кулер с холодной водой и одноразовыми стаканчиками. Завтрак по указанному времени, очень вкусный и полноценный , даже горячий хачапури, яйца, сыр, колбаса, фрукты и др. Хозяева очень приветливые.

We enjoyed our stay in this property.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Very accessible to restaurants, malls and parks. Breakfast is good and plenty.

Cons:

If only the granny can speak English, we could have had few chats as we like talking to elders. We found her lovely but can't speak English to exchange a little more of our views. But Sofia (the grand daughter) is lovely to chat with as she can speak English.)

Pros:

Very good breakfast. Khachapuri was excellent. Close to Shota Rustaveli Avennue.

Pros:

The hosts were wonderful. They gave us kachapuris made fresh and served hot straight from the kitchen, it was the best kachapuris I've ever had. Hands down, the best. Grandma has a mother's touch to the food she makes. We loved it so much that we decided to go back to them only to eat breakfast while we were in Tbilisi 😁
